[Resolved]  Mahindra Xylo E4 — XYLO PROBLEMS

DEAR SIR,

I have purchased xylo e4 veh no mh12 fc 5337 dec 2009 for commercial purpose from silver jublee Pune.

Last month There was some problem for break so I given to workshop for servicing only break liner problem it took 15 days. Bill charged Rs.13500/-

After 7 days there are some heating problem so i send xylo to workshop, they told me for piston problem. They took 30 days for servicing and given me after long communication. Bill charged Rs.26500/-

Within 2 months I pay xylo driver payment 15000+40000 servicing+ 34200 xylo installment and 45 days vehicle business of Rs.2000/- per day 90000/- total loss ..Rs162200 /-This money I paid from Loan.


Can Mahindra & Mahindra took this responsibility and solve my problem?

As on date there is gear problem, I dont understand what to do? I am so nurvous for buying this problematic vehicle.
