Complaint against non- reciept and not providing details of an online purchase.

I registerd, bought items and paid online products worth Rs.878.00 on 29th June. All are off the shelf products.
After repeated follow-ups on 15th July they ack and said its now with shipping.
Its 3rd Aug today and they are yet to even send me shipment nr. I followed up repeatedly with barely any response and no commitment from them.
