I made a flight ticket booking with Make my trip through SBI internet banking on 6th Sep 10. After making payment the amount got debited from my SBI account , but i did not receive any ticket.Then i called up customer care of Make My Trip and they told that the status of payment will come to know after 24 hours and gave me booking ID No. IN1009B02203 , AND TOLD TO call after 12.p.m on 7.9.10.Then i again called up and again they told me to call at evening . And again i called up in the evening around 7.p.m., they again told status is pending .Then i told them that why you are not refunding the money and they told me they have not received the amount and it might get stuck in payment gateway.And after that i told them that my account got debited and it is showing in the account that money is transferred to make my trip . And you are telling that you have not received the money.then They ask me to send my bank statement . I sent them that also with SBI payment transaction ID.
After that they told me that it might take 3 working days to get back credited into your account.Then i told them to give a proof that they have not received the money. They said they do not have the system.
They just only can make harassment to people .
So my problem is when make my trip knows that the amount will be credited back within 3 working days .Why they are not taking any provisions to get it cleared before 3 working days. And as the amount was Rs 18194.00 , which is not very less , should the make my trip will take care or forfeit the loss for this?
