[Resolved]  Mangalore Private City Bus & Traffic Police — Rash driving by the driver - let off by traffic police

I would like to file a complain against the Private City Bus of Mangalore and also the Traffic Police of mangalore. Yesterday when I was driving to work on my Indica Vista Car with Reg No. KA21M8177, while waiting at a junction for other vehicles to cross over a city bus with Reg no. KA19D528 driven rashly by the driver was trying to overtake anotehr bus and he crashed into my car and went ahead. When I tried to stop the bus, the driver escaed by giving his owners number. I went to the local station and filed a complaint against the bus driver and owner but it has been more than 2 days and still the police have not taken any action against the bus driver or the owner. When I tried calling the owner, he threatened me with dire consequences if I pursue the case, I have reported this to the police in charge at the station but still no actions have been taken. Both the bus driver and the owner are scott free and I am undergoing the worst ordeal dealing with the police as well as the bus owner. Please let me know how i can file a complaint against both so that necessary action is taken against them.
