Manju Agarwal Maid Services — Zero Service level standards

I had registered with Dr. Manju Agarwal Maid Services some six months back for a 24 hours maid. Till date, they have not provided a single maid despite follow up from me every alternate day. Initially, the staff's attitude was polite and assuring but gradually they became extremely rude with a standard response "What can we do if maids are not available". Classic example is even though I call them up every second day for follow up, each time I have to give my full introduction including my nature of requirement to the same staff I speak to every time. I even modified my requirement to a 12 hours maid to avail a maid because of my urgent needs as I am a working women and have a small child. At first their curt response was we will provide one but you will have to pay a premium for that, to which I agreed. But then they could not even manage to find even that.

I have now come across so many complaints against this agency on this website that I am regretting having registered with this agency and having lost my registration money and plenty of time in chasing them. I wish I was aware about their reputation earlier.
