Friends, please don’t buy any thing from Mantri. They are
cheaters of highest order. Now after delaying the possession for more than 9
months, still no assurance of a possession date. When emailed them, I have
received irresponsible and senseless responses from them. The RM, Abhishek was
even more rude and manner less in his response when queried about the delay,
not even an inch of acknowledgement about the pains customers have to go
through & absolutely unapologetic.
His response was like – “I don’t care about the delay, why did you agree

Dear all, do not buy any Mantri Developers. Most of the projects are delayed by over 2 years. I have booked their flat at Mantri webcity, Hennur and i have heard workers and contractors are not getting paid hence they have left which is result in delay in completion of the property. Mantri is going bankrupt similar to Unitech and other famous builders. Project is delayed by almost 2 years and looking at current progress it would take 3 years to complete. It is warning for you to not waste your hard earned money buying a property from a builder who cannot be trusted. They have given Jan 2015 as position date, now its September 2015. Looking at the current progress the property won’t get completed by Jan 2017. They would offer lucrative pre-payment option and take entire flat value (100 % flat payment). Later once the date of position is reached pre-payment is stopped and you won’t get your position and you would end up paying EMI on 100 % flat value. THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT BUY ANY FLATS WITH Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd.
I am mentally disturbed as i am heading towards bankruptcy as i have to rent as well as EMI on 100 % property value while the property is 2 years away from completion. Completion date was Jan 2015.

Mantri's wecare people dont care. Since last four years they have not replied to my 1000s of mails. Absolutely useless people. There is no point in sending any mails to Wecare or whocare. They are not even capable of building cowshed, dont know how they promise to build apartments
Mantri's is proving careless to address customers grievances, after having invested with Mantri group, the commitment what was shown was towards getting the slab payments and when it comes to address the delays, they have no answer / commitment to adress the grievance and plan for meeting the commitments made to the customers while start. this is really painful. 100s of mails have gone to the dignitories but are cold to address the customer grievances.

Hi All, I bought property is Mantri Webcity, W Bldg. at Hennur Road in May 2015. Unfortunately I opted for Pre-EMI scheme offered by Mantri and PNB. However, Mantri is NOT paying any single Pre-EMI in my case I have not received any EMI. They don't add the same in the agreement and they don't have any official tie-up with PNB to do this. Even if you contact the Vice-President (Mr Vinay Nagpal - [protected]@mantri.in) for this mess it is of no use and do not expect even a single word from him over the mail or phone! All the awards to Mr and Mrs Mantri seems to be paid up award and if someone is giving that to them it is purely because of the Blood Money that they have sucked from middle class people like to fulfill their lust! They do have some so called CRM managers who act like an exact puppet that we used to find in olden days circus. And believe me or not these guys are the one who take the blame and they will be used to save the face of the owners so that they get awards!!! Shame on them! I have written 39 mails so far to all CRM managers with Mr Vice-President in the CC and also must have called the CRM managers more than 200 times so far! No use!!! Don't fall into the financial trap that Mantri's has laid for you and better look out for someone who are good with their finance. I have planned to take this struggle to next level and will be publishing more articles in other forums within tomorrow (target is 25) so that people are aware of the looting methodology of Mantri builders.

Not surprised to hear so much ill fame of Mantri Builders. You will be astounded by the level o[censored]n-professionalism and absolute lack of ethics and morals of this builder. They have been delaying the proper handover of my flat in Mantri alpyne, bangalore for over 1.5 years, and even today, they blame BESCOM and BWSSB for the delays. To cover themselves, they use the "Force majeure" clause in the agreement. They have defaulted in making payments to these agencies but blame them for the delay. They also blame the Karnataka power minister for not approving the BESCOM electricity connection. They lack transparency and for any mail you send them, either they do not respond, or respond with a standard cut-and-paste answer given by their legal department to cover their backs. On top of this, they are demanding huge monthly amounts in the range of rs. 16, 000 per month from those who are forced to occupy their flats because of other issues. The final straw is, they are now threatening everyone to take possession (without BESCOM electricity and water) OR ELSE, pay Rs. 5000 as a "maintenance fee" - effectively asking us to pay a fine.. These guys have absolutely no scruples or fear of law, forget being customer centric.

As the possession is announced, after 3 months Rs 5000/- is for the maintenance of your unit and common areas. This is a part of maintenance and stands firm as per the T&C of the agreement.

Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd, Bangalore how to describe this builder? No words available for their carelessness towards customers. They call themselves 'CUSTOMER CENTRIC", they do not have even 1% of it in their blood. They damn care the customers and their feedback. All their projects are delayed over 2 years in Bangalore (Mantri Serenity, Webcity, Alpyne...). Forcing owners to occupy the apartment without basic utilities (Electricity and water connections) and proudly says that these are pending with external agencies and they are not responsible for the delays (Meanwhile RTI response and further detailed clarification from Bescom says that various works are pending from Mantri, they have sanctioned the power).
Customer should completely ignore them and should not even suggest their enemies to invest in Mantri projects. They should learn the lesson that in this competitive age 'Customer is King'. Looks like they do not have any future orientation for their business, suspect they might be another Mallya, who will ran away with all the fund raised so far.
No point writing to their MD, Director-Marketing and WeCare, all have same response (done it many a times), it clearly shows the organization culture.

Yesterday I have observed water logging in the corridor last 12 hr and damaging my front door and TV point wall. There is no proper drainage system.I am feeling like staying in housing board colony not in mantri those are well planned constructed.please maint your brand standard attended the problem at earliest.

A genuine suggestion all:Please STAY AWAY from MANTRI. Please do not invest in mantri thinking they are a top rated builder. Their offers might look lucrative and their sales person while dealing will be super polite, but once you are fallen into the trap, no body then cares. We are a victim of Mantri and I know of several others facing issues with them. They delay possessions, do not stay on their promises. Once you invested your money, there will just be no way out.

I had booked a 4 bedroom apartment on the 38th floor of the Mantri Pinnacle in Bangalore and have completely paid all my dues.
The apartment was supposed to have been handed over on March 14, but until today (September 2016) I have no clue of what is happening.

NEVER - THEY ARE DEFAULTERS - i bought an appartment with Mantri Webcity under the buyback 2X pre emi scheme.
Forget the 2X, its been more than 7 months, and i have not been paid pre EMI. The CRMs do not have any answers. this is cheating of the highest order

Friends - request you to inbox me at avin.[protected]@gmail.com. No point in expressing our frustration on a social media page, lets work together and approach a court, so that these issues can be addressed legally.
Legally, situation is much different and there are provisions to address our concerns, but we need to be united. Unitech and other builders inviting the wrath of the honorable SC, is a case in point.
I am also one of those customers affected by their fraud scheme, and struggling to get a response.

I agree with Avinash, i am also victim of Mantri Serenity project and their Pre-Emi scheeme from last 3 years. Pre-Emi never paid properly and even if paid they don't care Bank EMI increase due to ROI changes.
They can delay the possession as many times they can, however if buyer wants to opt out from buying flat after 3 years of Pre-EMI scheme they talk about the agreement and how i should abide by that.
My life's biggest mistake is booking their apartment without really doing any background check and also suggesting my cousin to book the apartment in same project.
Surprised to see that like us many others still falling into their Pre-Emi scheme trap and loosing their peace of mind. The Bank's (PNB, ICICI etc.)who join hands with such corrupt builders also dragged into court because once money is taken by the builders, it is the responsibility of buyer to keep paying the EMI's or to close the loan.
I am paying Bank the Pre_EMI (Rs.60K ) and bank is asking to get the registration documents to disburse the remaining amount of loan without any clue of non-completion of the project by their certified builders.
On top of that yesterday received email from Mantri Builders that, Mrs.Snehal Mantri received Woman CXO award of 2018. Really surprised to see that cheaters getting such top awards in India..
I already consulted my lawyer, however if we all can take action together it will be good and quick.
