The shopping Mall MANTRI SQUARE located at MALLESHWARAM in Bangalore has been charging excess parking fee fraudulently despite having electronic parking facility,I have enclosed a copy of the parking slip which clearly shows the in and out time but the hourly charges and the rate of charging is missing.
The AMOUNT IN THE RECIEPT HAS BEEN FUDGED so that they can charge as per their whims and fancies,In this case I was asked to pay Rs 40/-.
Hence I request you to look into the matter as everyday hundreds of people are overcharged
