[Resolved]  Mark Computers — warranty Problem

My company buys four desktops of HCL from Mark Computers, situated in Shoprix Mall sec- 61 Noida, on 19 Feb-2010, as per the terms and condition service warranty is for 12 months. But few days back I get to know that machine are already registered (sold) in company records in 10 October 2009 and warranty of those machines are up to 10-oct-2010 I have to do a lot of fight with HCL to lock my complaint regarding warranty and they refused to extend the warranty in their records. According to HCL warranty is expired but from the date of purchasing it should expired on 10 Feb. 2011.
I have talked to Mr. Jolly who is the proprietor of Mark Computers but he and his staff has not given me any satisfactory answer I am communicating to them from last three months.
Please tell me what I should do and who is guilty for that it is HCL or Mark Computers.

I want to file a case against them for fraud and mental harassment.
