I had booked a Maruti Wagon R (LXI) 'GOLDEN Color' on 13 Dec 08 from Maruti dealer "Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Vishal Cinema Complex, Vishal enclave, Shivaji Marg, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi (Ph No :[protected]/24/25)".
The above mentioned dealer committed to deliver the vehicle on 18 Dec 08 for which I had paid booking amount of Rs 10, 000/- (Recipt No: 17710 dated 13 Dec 08).
Complaint:
After the booking was done, there was no communication from the dealer, but I had been following up regarding the delivery of vehicle.
But instead of Golden color I was given BLACK color on 1 Jan 09 citing reasons that Golden color is not available in the market.
If this is the Reason then for what I was charged a booking amount. I am dissatisfied with the Dealer's commitment. I understand that the dealer has been charging the booking amount only to lure the customers or get them committed to buy the vehicle from his place and no commitment on his part. I feel that I have been cheated.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
