Maruthi Omni — Delay in supply of spares
I have left for changing the front seat (Driver, Co driver Seat) of my vehicle no.TN 38 AL 6109 on 10.11.2009 when checked with them due to nonavailability of seats they have told me that the vehicle will be delivered only after 15 days but i need the vehicle immediately. They have insisted that if needed on urgent basis extra transportation charges should be born by me. But still if only the amount is incorporated in the bill only i can claim the same from my insurance company. But they are not ready to incorporate the same in the bill even though they will be charging me seperately. Kindly i request you supply the seat as early as possible since the vehicle is used exclusively for Official purpose.Attached the scanned copy of the Job Slip for your ready reference.
Maruthi Omni — complaint against showroom officers
I HAVE BROUGHT AMARUTHI OMNI FROM INDUS MOTORS, SARATHI JN, KOLLAM, KERALA.THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT SERVICE . A FEW DAYS BEFORE I GAVE MY VAN FOR SERVICE . THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS PROBLEMS FOR HORN AND TO CHANGE IT BUT THE PROBLEM IS EXISTING NOW ALSO. AND THE SWITCH FOR FOLDING THE SEAT WAS BROCKEN
AND THE VAN IS NOT IN PROPER CONDITION AFTER THE SERVICE
THE COMPANY MUST PLS TAKE NESSESARY STEPS AGAINST THIS MENTALITY OF THIS SHOWROOM OFFICERS
