Hi sir, i have purchased maruthi swift ldi in dec 2007 and was very happy with the performance of the car but very soon i found the car became into a swimming pool. Due
To ac water leaking into the car. i gave it to the gem service at hyderabad, the problem was solved temporarily and in three years o[censored]se i had to sent the car four times for the same repeated problem i believe as the problem is reoccurring it is a manufacturing defect and for this manufacturing defect ur charging me and the three days u have my at ur service center i am handicapped because i don’t have another car. i have talked with Madam Rajani Gem customer care and even talked with kishore [protected] earlier.

Now i want this to be the last time i send the my car to ur service center for the same
problem, as a matter of fact i have give feedback form to u earlier on the same issue.
I am sending this complaint because i still have belief the problem will be solved. I am sending this complaint because i still have belief the problem will be solved.

You are not alone. I had the same problem with my 2008 Dzire. The problem is with the dust entering thro the 'fresh air' and clogging the water drain hole. Maruti has realised this manufacturing defect and have starting providing a filter in the cars now.

MY SWIFT DZIRE VDI WITH REG NO. KA O4 MH 1384 WAS PURCHASED IN THE YEAR MARCH 2010, I THOUGHT IT WAS MISTAKE ONLY WITH MY A/C AS WATER STARTED LEAKING INSIDE THE CAR LEFT INNER BOTTOM. IMMEDIATELY, IT WAS ADDRESSED WITH MY SERVICE STATION M /S. MANDOVI MOTORS, BANGALORE. SINCE IT WAS UNDER WARRNTY, WITH ONLY FEW HUNDREADS, IT WAS REPAIRED AND WAS ASSURED THAT THIS WILL NOT OCCUR.

BUT WITHIN NEXT 7 MONTHS, AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM. NOW THE CAR IS 3 YEARS 2 MONTHS OLD AND IS UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY UPTO 31/3/2014. THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE MANAGED BY REPEATED VISITS TO VARIOUS AUTHORISED SERVICE STATIONS FOR THE 6TH TIME NOW.

CONCERNED TECHNICAL MARUTHI UDYOG AUTHORITIES MUST TAKE A SERIOUS LOOK AND TACKLE THE ISSUE WITH SUITABLE MEASURES.

I have purchased Swift VXI Dec 2007 model. Right from the first year, there is heavy water leakage during monsoon below driver seat.
I had given my car to Service centre twice, but they could not resolve it. Now a days I am removing carpet during monsoon. Now I am planning to drill a small hole below driver seat to drain water.

I think there is manufacturing defect in Swift cars. I puchased Swift VXI in April 2015. Water has started leaking inside the car on left side. I shown the car to Batra Auto Workshop they say that cooling coil has clogged. How within four months of puchase this can happen?

some Water is logged inside the driver seat below . when we spoke to team they were answered as it happened because we have put some water on it . Its correctly leaking from nearby clutch there is one black box and leakage is clearly visible.

The car model is seift zdi and issue happens within 20/days of purchase date

i Manoranjan Samantray facing same problem regarding water logging inside the car. I have purchased my swift dezire Ldi in dec-2009. I have already spent a lot to fix the issue but no use. Here nearest authorised service centre not at all entertain. Please suggest.

i am facing the same issue, whenever i wsitch on to the AC with in 15 Mts my Artiga is filled with AC water. this i am facing fromlast 2 years. its 2014 model
