Subject: Complaint against the problem I face since I bought the car from your dealer showroom.
Hello Sir,
My brother had recently (in the month June,2011) bought a SWIFT VDI (KL 13 W 5679) car from your dealer showroom in Kannur – Popular Vehicles.
I wanted to bring into your kind attention on one of the issue I face the time I bought the car from your showroom. The clutch gets stuck all the time and it takes a long time to release the clutch. I had also taken the service showroom and even after several attempt to correct the issue I still face the same issue.
Would you please look into the matter and let me know as to how to rectify .

Maruti Swift VDI — cluctch
i am facing problem with my car DL 8 CR 2737maruti swift vdi since long back as after runnung car for 30km+ when i use the clutch plate it vibrates very badly on slow motion as car will broke down into pieces, i showed this problem in saya automobiles on my paid 4th service on 23/11/2009 their suprvisor Mr. Prem identified this problem as pressure plate is defective and the set of clutch and pressure plate is supposed to be changed but the company engineer has not delivered the modified set till date for replacement. please help me to solve this problem and send the required item immideately.
