[Resolved]  Maruti A-star — Delay to deliver from Workshop

Dear Concern,

I had purchased Maruti A-Star from Modern Automobile, NH-1 Ambala in the month of December(23rd Dec) and got accendental on 11th of Jan and handed over to Modern Work shop to repair on 11th Jan and concern department has given me reciept with asurance to deliver on 11th Feb and still i m going to Modern Automobile and they asure to deliver after few days and i got very frustrated with type of service which Maruti deliver to customer as at the time of purchase your exucutive called me daily for meeting and now i have to visited on daily basis to confirm the status and nobody called me to confirm about same from servise center. And now onwards i convey to our couleges about services of Maruti Udhyog to customer that truely they didn't provide customer satisfaction after purchasing the Car.

Maruti A-star — Continuous Delay in delivery

This car despite being available is being delayed by the dealer. May be they want to cash in on the price hike by Maruti Suzuki.
Beware of the Dealer competent Automobiles...lajpat nagar..
How can i know when my car will be delivered?

Respected sir,

My name is Kartikey Johary i am an Advocate in ajmer session court practising as a criminal lawyer. I have purchased a A-star car from Ajmer Auto agency. I am customer of Maruti Comp. Since 10 years before this i had zen car in exchange of this i purchased A-star RJ-01-cb-2364 unluckily i got an accident then after ajmer auto had given me assurance to give me car after repairing withing 7 days but due to long time pendancy in repair of my car i am suffering from tension and already spent a lott on rented cars. After 7 days assurance Its already over a month above approx 45 days and they still telling me that due to lack of parts they are not able to repair this car so its my duely submission that if Maruti company is not able to provide parts withing time then company must compensate its customers or consumers for their grievances and expenditure because customers are not liable to bear loss due to company delay and lack of parts.
Now its up to Maruti comp. & respected concerning officers that how will they satisfy the precious customers and how will comp. compensate for my mental harassment and expenses due to extra-ordinary delay in my case.

Not giving claimed avrage by company with AC 15km/lit and without AC 16km/lit. it was better before 1st service. Service done at Sai Service deccan pune
