[Resolved]  Maruti/ Alto — delay in car delivery

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I have booked MARUTI ALTO LXI BSIV/Supeior white Maruti car dealer POPULAR VEHCLES and SERVICES LTD., Chennai.
On 24th April , I paid Rs. 5000
On 2nd May , I have given the SBI cheque (no.245002) of 2 lakh and remaining 1 lakh thru Axis car laon a/c.
Invoice no. of SOB10000242/VSL10000228

Complaints so far registered with maruti customer care
Chasis no. of booked car is 1612989 as per the letter received from the Dealer.
Dealer promised delivery of car before 4th May.
today May11th, till now I have not received car. Dealer is daily giving me a new date.
They r saying this is due to problems from MARUTI and its quality inspection issue.
So because of this unnecessary delay am facing problems in my professional and personal life.
Ie have lodged a complaint with MARUTI CUSTOMER CARE with complaint no.[protected]
and [protected].
Till now issue is not resolved from Maruti. I spoke to regional office also.
By taking their words i took the leave and planned family trips.
Am facing financial loss due to booking other call taxi for my family trip as i took the leave because of their promise.
So I am we facing mental and financial harassement.
We rquest u to do some strict action against them.

Maruti/ Alto — Service, Delivery

To Whome So Ever It May Concern I am Kaustubh Badkar, one of your customer who wish to tell about the service that he recevied from FORTPOINT (THANE) I brought a Maruti Suzuki ALTO SPICE, I was really not happy wih the service, being satisfy is way long to disscus on, however the subject that really disturb me was, When i was ready to pay the amount that needed for special number i never got one, Second: Acknowledgement call was recevied, but when i tried to log on complaint the call was hanged up with smooth bye I am working for a NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINES n i am here for vacation i needed a small car, which i can road easily, However MARUTI was name that i thought being INDIAN And this kind of small mistakes changing our mind With Consideration that MARUTI UDYOG or FORT POINT will look into this matter KAUSTUBH BADKAR

ALTO — delivery delay

Hi,

I have booked one Maruti Alto Lxi on 31/07/2009 in Popular Vehicles and Services LTD, Thodupuzha, Kerala. My papers and everything were ready a weeks ago. i am still waiting for my car.. everyday i am calling the service station and getting same reply like "will call you back and let you know". till now i didnt get any call from their side.. please do something..

i thought Maruti has the best costumer satisfaction. this is too much.

Maruti Alto — Delay in Car Delivery

Dear Maruti Managers,

I have booked a Maruti Alto Exite on 20/10/2009 at Chittosho Motors Mohali. But till now I have not recived the car. I have Paid 100% amount of car. Dealer says that the car is dispached but not in transit. From last 10 days dealer says the same. Kindly tell me how it can happen if the car is dispached but not transited. Kindly do the needfull as earliest.

Maruti Alto — RAT BITING THE CABLES

There are lot of spaces where the rats can go near the engine and bite the cables inside. How to stop this, any permmanent problem
