I have booked a Maruti Alto K10-VXI from your Kottayam dealer,Near St Thomas Orthodox Church,SH Mount ,Chavittuvay PO on 31st Jan 2011.The vehicle was released on 27th Feb 2011.The very next day i was shocked to realise from the insurance paper that the Vehicle is 2010 model.It is a clear cheating.
One more cheating ,I did't get Corporate discount of Rs.2000/.They said ID card is not produced before 10th Feb.They didn.t inform us the importance of the date of 10th Feb.
How can I get Justice.Sales Officer is -Rafeek-OBF-10433.
