maruti cars — Excess Charges on car and Insurance

WAKE UP, WAKE UP, STAND OUT, RAISE YOUR VOICE AND SWEAR TO BRING MARUTI CARS TO ANSWER TO PUBLIC IN BEING UNFAIR TOWARDS CAR COST, MARUTI CASHLESS INSURANCE AND BILLING SYSTEM, REFUND OF AMOUNT. THEY ARE VERY ADAMANT AND NOT LISTENING TO ANYONE, SO THINK IT WELL BEFORE PURCHASING A MARUTI CARS TO AVOID OWN MENTAL HARASSMENT
I, Raj Kumar Chhabra, had purchased a car (Zen –Estillo vxi model, superior white colour) from ms CM auto sales(P)ltd., Chandigarh road, Ropar on dated 23.02.2009.I had deposited Rs 351889 /- with them ( Rs. 10000/- as booking of car and bank draft for Rs.341889 /-).I had received bills from them for Rs.338234/-( Car bill Rs. 326987 + Insurance Rs.10867/- + Temp. No. Rs.380/- = Rs338234/- ) and refund cheque for Rs.11895/-on dated 16.03.2009 (after 21 days) instead of Rs. 13655/- ( Rs.351889.00 – 338234.00 = Rs.13655.00 ) which is less Rs. 1760.
I also added that in Maruti web site have shown price of zen estilo vxi (non-metallic) is Rs.356250.86 for dealer (CM auto sales(P)ltd Rupnagar) showroom.
Than why they have quoted car price Rs. 360642/-( Excess Rs.4391 /-) to the customers ?
In the car bill they mentioned as car price Rs. 288433/- + Vat Rs.36054 /- + Rs.2500 as other Charges . When they already provided Rs.1763/86 as other charges to the dealer than why they charged Rs.2500/- i.e. Rs.736/14 more from the customers?
They never told the customers for this amount, in such amount they have adjusted accessories cost(committed free to the customers) and 3rd year warranty that are optional as per company procedurerules .
Are they allowed to enhance the cost of car ?
They issued car bill to the customers after 15 days, so that customer can’t go to check the billing of car . Is it fair trade practice ?
They used customers refund amount for 21 days without giving any interest on it, whenever the customer pay interest on it to the bank. Is it fair trade practice ? It comes out approx .Rs.174 /-
On 18.03.09, the executive /representative from your dealer had come to me and said that we had not given full amount car bill to any one, its our policy, and also said from this you saved registration fee from the Govt. Is it not a National loss ?
On 28.03.09, they said we had adjusted your amount in future, in vehicle services. Is it fair trade practice?
They issued me maruti cashless insurance policy for my car and received Rs. 10867 /- for it from me .Are they doing insurance on hypothatical basis ?
My car bill amount is Rs.326987/- and they counted amount for insurance Rs.360642/-..Whenever premium comes out Rs.9951/- on my car bill i.e. Rs326987/-..Difference of premium is Rs 10867 -- Rs.9951 = Rs. 916 /-
Are they doing insurance of car body cover, foot matt, third year warranty (not taken by the customer) etc etc ?
They had charged excess amount Rs.1760 /- +Rs 174 /- + Rs 916 /- = Rs.2850 /- more from me and as they toldthey got it from all customers .
BEWARE, when do u like to purchase a MARUTI CARS or I[censored] ALREADY PURCHASED IT MARUTI CAR THAN CHECK YOUR BILLS AND FIGHT BACK WITH THEM

maruti cars — wrong documents

I have purchase maruti dezire from maruti showroom ( Adarsh motors , karimnagar district, Andhra pradesh) since 4 months iam unable to make registeration for my car because the reason is maruti showroom given me wrong documents ( with a wrong chasis number , they make typing mistake) from 4 months every day iam going there but there is no proper response being indias big showroom but the system is very bad.

please help me to comeout from this problem.

maruti cars — MISBEHAVIOUR AND NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICES BY AUTORISED DEALER

WE ARE HAVING MARUTI SWIFT PURCHASED BEFORE 7 MONTHS ...WE ARE FACING SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH BATTERY AND THE CAR IS NOT BEEING STARTED.HENCE SAME HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ONE OF THE FAMOUS DEALER JAGMOHAN AUTOMOBILES SERVICES IN SONEPAT HARYANA..

AS PER THE TECHNICAL AGENT BATTERY HAS SOME MAJOR ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED HENCE THEY ASKED FOR 1 DAY TO CHANGE THE NEW BATTERY AND TAKE OUR CAR IN THEIR CENTRE..

MY CAR IS STILL WITH JAGMOHAN CENTRE FROM LAST 3 DAYS,WHEN ASKED TO GIVE US BACK ...HE IS USING ABUSE LANGUAGE AND SAYING CAR DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM AS IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED FROM NOIDA..AND ASKING US CHANGE OF BATTREY WILL TAKE NEXT 4 DAYS...

MY COMPLAINT IS WHO IS RESPONSE FOR SUCH DELAYS SECONDLY WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINANCIAL LOSS WHICH AM FACING FROM LAST 3 DAYS..

I WANT AND APPLOLIGE LETTER TO BE MADE FOR USING ABUSE LANGUAGE AND MY BATYTERY TO BE CHANGED IN NEXT 24 HRS OR REPLACE MY CAR AND PROVIDE ME ANOTHER...
