4 yrs back I had taken a car loan of Rs2.75 lacs and last oct 09 my monthly installment cheque of Rs5765 got bounced. I paid the same amt by cash but the co. is asking Rs500/- as fine. I feel this is quite high and I am ready to pay upto Rs200/- . I also asked them to send me a formal letter but their call centre agent refused to do so. Kindly advice me in this asap.
