[Resolved] MARUTI NATIONAL INSURANCE — Claim not settled till date

I repaired my maruti Swift car after accident in Sharma automobile Center, Manendragarh in the month of Dec-2010. Since it is a authorized service center of Maruti Suzuki my claim was sent to Divisional Office of National Insurance Bilaspur through the owner of the service center Mr. A K Sharma and surveyor Mr. Rakesh Trivedi. I contacted these persons as well as the insurance office Bilaspur but till today the claim is not settled/not reimbursed to me and even I am not getting proper response from them. I don't know what to do? should I go to consumer court? Please advice...

Dear sir/medam,
I Purchased Sweeft-VDI-RJ-17, CA 1147, and done Insurance from 2009 consistantly from Maruti ins itself.On 6 maarch 2012 my car met with an accident.I put my car in workshop-Bhatiya & Company jhalawar workshop 07 mar.2012.
It has gone almost 20 days but still I could not able to get my car repaired.I am not getting any kind of support from dealer service center/serveyer side moreove they are asking for extra money in order to change the Head.since this is not the fault from my side.
I am a good buyer and finance lot of clients from 11 years with heavy data base of the client.
I am good contributer in selling of maruti @ Jhalawar and Insurance as well and If this kind of nusense created to me than how can I convince the others for Insurance from your esteemed Organisation.
So it is my sincere request to help me out as soon as possible or it will force me to go to consumer court.
