To,maruti company Sub:- (Complaint about bed services done by your authorized service station)Sir, Maruti Suzuki is big company and known because of good service and maintainence by your company. I have to complain you about your service station at Ranchi (Jharkhand) Poddar motors. I gave maruti omni no. jh-02l-7709 to repair because of a major accident front chassis totally bend and steering and gear box have certain damages. Your service station took 10 days to repair and give to us. The chassis remains bend just little amount, they tell that ( itna to rehta hai) today, I was going to patna and after few K.m. Car was unbalance . I call the machenic, he told that, chassis is not repaired fully, and they cheated you .they took rs. 2717 to repair it. Sir I want that you have to do something for me. All the tyres and their rims have major bend, which is very dangerous for life.
