I bought a brand new Swift Desire Lxi (Petrol) from Rohan Motors Noida on 07/01/2009. Engine No 468511 and Chassis No 142495. I am having worst of the experience of my life since the time i bought this car, from the very first day there was noise in the engine and noise on the under body. I told the Apra Auto Gurgaon when i took it for the first service for the same problem and when i went to pick up my car the problem was still there and the service advisor told me that its very normal as the timing belt is tight at the moment and will get automatically fine after the some time and he could not catch the under body problem. I came to Apra again and met the Works Manager Mr HariOm Sharma and he took me on a test drive he insisted that this noise is no problem and i said that how can a petrol vehicle can have so much of noise and then i met Mr Sunil Chauhan DGM workshop on test drive the very same day and he admitted that yes there is noise in the engine and under body too while the car is moving and he said this is not the sound of timing belt at all.

I drove another Desire Petrol and this noise was not there at all. They did the scanning of my car for the engine noise and checked the front left shocker for the under body noise and again i went on the test drive the sound was still there and again they bought the car back to the workshop the very same day and checked it again and delivered the vehicle to me by saying that they have taken the test drive of my car and the problem has been rectified now, it was late evening on Friday at 7 :30 pm when i collected my car from workshop and i could the same noise in the engine and under body too. I went back to them today as well at 1:00 pm for the same problem and they said that they are changing the from left Shocker and the noise will completely go away. They changed the front left shocker and when i called up for my car wheather its ready, they told me its done and i can come and collect it, after reaching there i waited for my car for half an hour and i kept on asking how long will it take. I drove my car back home and checked that the noise on under body is still there in spite of changing the shocker and the noise in the engine has also increased.

I am been mentally harassed and after spending my hard earned money this is what i am getting in return and i want a replacement of my vehicle at any cost, its enough now i do not have the Patience anymore, it has effected my personal and professional life too. I want this to be resolved ASAP. I have visited Apra Auto 4 times for the same problem, given enough time to fix the problem and now there is no compromise at all on any cost. I had booked a swift VDI with Mondovi motors, Lavelle road, Bangalore, on[protected], cust id no [protected], advance reciept no 11005473.While booking they have informed that the car will be delivered within 3 months. Now they are asking for another three months, and it seems they are going on postphoning the delivery date .
Marutis reputation is at stake as we feel that the Dealers are delivering cars if an extra payment is made as many of my friends who has booked after me in Kerala and Andhra has got delivery of the car .Please confirm, when will i getor i have to wait till the demand is over, Iam already using a dezire, and i does not want another brand.This eternal wait will force me to avail another car,
