maruti suzuki/ apra auto gurgaon — poor service / not repairing the vehicle in warranty
The above referred vehicle was sent to your authorized service centre” APRA AUTO GURGAON” for 2nd service . At the time of taking delivery after the service , I noticed that there were nos of scratches on the complete body of the car as well as big visible scratches on front and back bumpers. This was reported to Mr. Hari Om Sharma and service adviser Mr. Danny ,who was convinced with my observations and kept the car back with the assurance that all the scratches will be taken care and delivery will be given within 2 to 3 days .The vehicle was delivered to me on the fixed date after attending the above observations .The vehicle was again sent to your service centre for 3rd service after 10,000 km. the service adviser was informed that the cracks have appeared on both the bumpers which were probably painted to rectify the earlier scratches and secondly there is noise in car steering . On taking the delivery of the vehicle , I was surprised to note that the paint done on the bumpers has cracked and peel off at number of places and there was no improvement in the steering noise as well .
on 17 Jan 2011 complained was again lodged with your (All time maruti) call centre [protected] complained no [protected]. This call centre transfer the complain to maruti regional office Delhi and given me the concerned phone no[protected] . I discussed the whole issue with m/s Tanveet on 10th march who had assured to take suitable action very soon . there after I contacted her on number of occasions , but my request yield no result .visited to your authorised service centre Rohan Motors gurgaon, they told me that there is a problem in clutch plates .i have purchased it 10 months before .if you are not able to repair the vehicles which are in warranty ,then i am sure that after completion of the warranty you will not allow them to take service in there service centre . anyways if there is problem then you have to repair it . please take necessary action if you can or reply me what you can do/you cannot do. My car is under warranty and you must have to repair it in warranty. Your nil response is harassing me .
on one hand MARUTI UDYOG is spending lot of money in promotion and customer care but on the other hand the customer like me are being harassed by your authorized service centre without any fault of mine . your are therefore requested to take necessary remedial action within a week failing which I have no option but to approach honorable consumer court . I hope I will get positive reply from you at the earliest possible

As a proud owner of a Maruthi Wagon R Vxi model TN 69 AA 5652 I wish to register my bad experience with Maruthi dealer ARAS PVPV &Co. Tuticorin. Recently I booked a Swift modelfor my brother with that dealer and was told to take delivery in three months. Before the time of delivery we paid Rs 65000 towards the cost of insurance and registration. But at the time of delivery they asked us to pay a sum of Rs 3500 extra as temporary registration fee as the vehicle to be taken from Tirunelveli. We have to pay Rs 3500 extra though we booked the vehicle at Tuticorin. We think it is unjustified. During the registration of WagonR we never came across such problem. Why should we spend extra money and time for temporary registration when there is a dealer for the same and for the same vehicle

Hi,This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a Maruti Vehicle A-Star On 04th June'10 from one the Maruti Delaer Mythri Agencies Tolichowki by giving all the revelant document like Payslips, PAN Card & Add Proof.
Mr.Mohd Imran Khan who has been introduced to me by one our relative friend Mr.Taufeeq.
I have faced many hurdles in getting my car TL registration to permanent registration.
Later on i have realized that i have been cheated with amont given to him while purchasing he has costed me 4.35 lakh however actual costs is differ from amount paid to him. Now its clear he has given the false information of offering me discount and taken the additional money.
Hoping this mail will be acknowledge and given the oppturnity to speak on this issue in detail.

Maruti Suzuki — Car broke down - under warranty
There seems to be no clear reply as to why my new car DL 8CU 1424 broke down on the way . All that I have got were calls from the service representatives and a letter from the dealer stating that the parts were not available hence there was a delay . I paid Rs 5000 to get the car repaired which was under warranty . and was assured that the car will work well .Yesterday again in the morning at 6.am while I was on my to the airport , the car suddenly stopped. On putting it in to gear , the car will not move . I called up the Maurti helpline number , within 45 mints they sent the engineer . The engineer checked the car and confirmed that nothing can happen , I need to tow the car to the Rohan motors . As per his analysis , he said the axle was dislocated. (complaint Number 465402 .Engineer number [protected]
After another 45 mints , I got the car towed to Rohan motors Mauthura Raod .Paid the charges of Rs 1200 . On reaching Rohan Motors , the engineer started the car and it started . The gears started working . The engineers spoke and discussed amongst themselves and decided that I leave the car at the station . The car as been at the service station since yesterday 11.am . I am waiting to hear from them .
As customer of Maurti – I am totally dissatisfied by Maruti . I never expected that a new car would have so much of problems .
It is requested that immediate action should be taken on this . Either you replace this car or return back my money.
I will be forced to treat this transaction as CHEAT on the side of Maruti .

I am NAMBIRAJAN from vallioor. my car registration number is TN 72 AY 6262 it is registered in the name of SUDALAIMUTHU my father. i serviced my car in 20000 kms in ARAS after returning home there was a oil leak i made a cal and a person came to my home and serviced it and again after 2000kms there was oil leak in the same area. I informed the service personal on june 2nd and there was no response still now.the service too bad and there is no response for my complaint.

I had Palio since last 7 years, Just out of passion i switched fro new Ritz Vxi During 2nd service clutch was too hard they lubricated it again by end of 10k Kms it was really hard, I was been told as they would replace as its under warranty, Finally they came out with some scrap clutch plate saying its worn out due to driving condition, Whom are they trying to fool around, at the end i had to pay for it, Can some one let me know whether this worned out plate what ive been given is my own genuine plate which came at time of my Car delivery.im not gonna keep mum, as many of my frens did complain reg the integrity of the people at service centres.

I am having ZEN LX-2001 (AP26C 9393) White colour. Sir some customer consultants came to my house and Convence to take New car.I simply said that
my financial position at this time is not good to take new car.But they are continiously tracking me with phone and come to house even my absence to take car. 5 days before 2 persons called me with phone and tell that this month is more offer to take car( 36,000/-) at that time i am suffering from fever and refused to come at this time,but that persons came and tell me we give more price of 90,000/- to your old car and take signatures of papers from me and i am in not convienient to even talk moreabout the details.
They told that we will give maximum benifit like 10,000/- worth accessories and 85,000/- old car price and 21,000/- special offer and 3250/- corporate offer like they told.But at that time they are asking me to give a chance like.Then as a humen being i give my car papers and car to them and strictly said that give me some time to decide whether i take car R not.The car handing over means if i desired to take car throgh these persons from maruthi only if my financial position is good.At that time i told not to sell without my consent they told that it will take more time that is more than 1 moth no problem like and also suggest me It will take more time to sell so better you prefer Madam's name for Registration to avoid 14% Tax like.It is not easily selling old car It will take time like.
At that Night time I am unable to ask any thing from them even though they cannot provide receipt for may car.They R taking my car without providing any acknowledgement.They R asking me But I am not decided whether i take Car R not.Today(9/6/2011) morning(7:00 AM) I informed the Y.Naga Satyanarayana (Customer Advisor) Bearing Cell No-[protected] about my financial status that i am unable to take car Because I have home loan and My spouse also Carrying at this time that meet me more amount at this time I am unable to take car,So please handover me like and any Booking charges of Rs 500/- is there Please cut and give me.Then he simply told Vasu (bearing Cell no_[protected]) and tell nothing is entered and take car from VASU then I called vasu at that time he told that Booking Cancelation not possible and reduce Exchange amount of 15,000/- from your car like.Then i contacted Raju who is the valuater and who will take car by his phone on 8:30 AM of 9/6/2011
about my Refusal to take car and financial constraint.Then he is saying I am in meeting and called you sir like and he is not lifting further.
I am Enquired about Raju at show room they told he is in meeting like and escaping.One employee he may be Works Manager,Srinivas assured me no problem like.This happened at 12:00 PM . Till now Raju lifting my phone by 18:00 PM he called me and told that your car is sold like that make me very Frustration.
Sir if You dont mind i asking 2 questions
1) Firstly while i am informing and searching for them Lot of time why they told already sold like up to Evening.as on 9/6/2011 even though my refusal is there.
2) Their attitude is they plan to sell or hide the car for taking this time?
3) At that time they told that Rs 90,000/- Out of 70,000(True value),15000/-(Exchange) and 5000/- Accessories they told. How much amount they provide? If they Really sell.I am Tuned that 90,000/- that also minimum i think.Unless why I accept this much less amount to my ZEN car .My only attitude is i want car because i am unable to buy old car also at thistime.
4) What they R expecting from me whether reducing car price R taking car from me.

Maruti Suzuki, Swift, LDi Model 2010 — Door and adjustment
DearsI have purchased Maruti Suzuki's Swift LDI model in Dec 2010 in Pune (My Car) on my Company's name. Since, I have taken delivery, the problem of doors irritating me, THE WORKING OF FRONT TWO DOORS ONLY UPON FORCEFULLY OPERTATED NOT SMOOTHLY, NOT GENTLY. During all 3 free service I brought into notice to the concern service people (who always different) of My car, wakad, Pune. On every occasion they clarified me that doors adjustment have been done and it will be operated smoothly, but it will be for 2 or 3 days only. Now it is very surprising in my 3rd free servicing the service people told me they could not do any thing about doors working as this problem in veh only and communicated to Maruti Co.
My only request is that my veh's front doors should be closed without force and gently.
Who will help me in this regard? Kindly note my veh is totally accident free.
