Respected Dignitaries ,

Request your kind attention to the below chain of events and the entailing mishandling , hooliganism and malafied intentions of Dealer/Service Center M/S Rajiv Automobiles in Muzaffarpur ,Bihar.

1. On dated 1st Mar12, My car while negotiating a road-breaker got its Mobil Chamber leaked . The Car stopped running and was not starting , eventually towed to subject service center
2. The Service Manager Mr. Sanjay Kr Jha – gave an estimate on 23K INR to which I shared my dismay and requested him for coverage under insurance plan .
3. My FIRST question would be on –why Insurance coverage was denied to me ?
4. Secondly I was told to pay up 11K as a final settlement after my car was ready and in running condition at the service center
5. In addition Mr. Jha got one of CAR PARTS repaired at a local LATHE MACHINE and now wants me to sign a bond stating that the repair at external agency was carried out on my request , which is absolutely INCORRECT
6. I was pressurized to sign the agreement bond in order to take the delivery of my car stating that I am responsible for any further discrepancies in the Car’s health
7. On dated 28thMar12, I had paid 11484INR to the dealer and took the delivery of my car @MZFRPUR- Bihar
8. The car now is having issues with ENGINE NOISE and POOR PICK-UP after driving 80kms back to Patna , and I do not know how to get this sorted out now
9. Would surely knock on the doors of social media and consumer courts if this issue with my car is not looked into .


Request all concerned to look into this GROSS and GRAVE behavior of the DEALER and provide some RESPITE to loyal patrons of Maruti . (DOCUMENTS and PHOTOs are attached for Investigation )

    I bought a swift LDI during Oct 10 and with in 6 months its AC gone faulty and was replaced being under warranty. Further with 2 year when the car has done just 35000 km it engine was giving noise and was told that the its engine ball bearing need replacement and the work was done at Bagga service station at Patpar Ganj. Just after that the battery of the car also gone faulty and the same was replaced by Exide batteries. After this now the car is giving bubbling and during the service again at bagga first it was told that the bearing needs replacement but again I was told that the tyre are faulty and need replacement.
    Now the car has done 44000km and its engine has again started giving at lot of noise and it is difficult sit in the cabin and talk while the car is running. But there is no respite from the fault of the car. My car No, DL 2CAK 8881 in the name of Vandana Grover

    Maruti Suzuki/Swift LDI — Poor Service at Baba Autos

    I am having swift LDI 2007 and now i am posted at Ferozepur and i got my car services from Baba Autos, the authorised maruti service centre and every time i was very dissatisfied from there level of service, coz every time after the service one or other problem use to come which was always due to thieir negligience, they never called up the customer for their feedback and niether they posses any feedback registers .Even the service man are diverting the customers to get if serviced from any other outsider coz there is no benifit in getting the vehicle serviced from Bab Autos,
    Kindly resolve my problem before it hits the consumer court complaint cell.

    MARUTI SUZUKI/ MARUTI SWIFT LDI — POOR SERVICING OF CAR

    Hi, I have given my vehicle MARUTI SWIFT LDI (Registration no being KA 49 M 981) for servicing. I have given my car for service in RNS MOTORS, HUBLI (KARNATAKA) which is 170 kms away from the place I stay. The car was not serviced properly, neither the problems mentioned on the Job card were rectified/fulfilled. I would like to know for what they are charging me Rs.2, 295, If they cant satisfy the customers from problems.

      i bought a new swift dzire ldi model 2012. i went to a town rajiyawas nearby beawar on 15 march 2012 and due to some reason my car was locked and the key was in the car. i called maruti road assistance , maruti customer care but no one could assist me the complaint no. was 566484. i was in a big trouble as it was getting night so i broke the glass of the window and opened the door. i had to break the glass because of poor customer service of maruti. from that day i am asking for the glass from the dealers of maruti but they say that we dont have glass. it is a resposibility of a company to provide the parts and accesories as soon as they launch the model. i am not able to use the car because there is a fear of theft as the glass is broken and anyone may open the car.

        i had an accident on 20th of june and gave the vehicle to showroom for repairs on 21st of june. it is already 13th of july until now i didnt get my car. it is really hard for me without my car.
        if asked it is being said that the spares have not yet arrived. i already gave a complaint on them before as they ahve not given me the temporary registration number when i bought the care from them. i got the temporary registration number 1 week later as i phoned up and said if they dont give the number i will lodge a case against them. the day befor the fateful accident day we were about to go to other state and we didnt have the number. like this right from the beginning of my purchase of the car which was bought on 10th of june.
        i am totally dissatisfied with the customer service that is being done by the maruti family.

        Sub: Complaint against improper customer care at M/s Garuda Auto Craft

        First and formost I would like to appraise you that ours is a “Maruti Family.” This is my 6th car of Maruthi Brand (Maruthi 800, Maruti Omni, Maruti Esteem, Maruti Zen, Maruti Alto and lastly Maruti Shift VDI) during my last 10 years. This clearly shows my faith in Maruti Brand Vehicles.
        My wife Smt. V. Radha purchased a Maruthi Swift VDI Vehicle on 30-8-09 with my persuation from the above dealer. In this regard I would like to inform you the following hardships undergone.
        I have approached M/s Garuda Auto Craft (P) Ltd., for purchase of Maruti Swift VDI under exchange offer by exchanging my excellent Alto Car since the dealer’s Office is adjacent to my Office. It is disheartened to inform you that except the sales girl, the persons involved in marketing, finance have no coordination, lethargic, no accuracy and incompetent in giving correct details. They have given false promises to me. In my case they have not delivered the Vehicle on the date as promised. First they promised that the vehicle would be delivered on 21st, then on 27th and after my heated arguments with one Mr. Manunth, Marketing Incharge, at last the vehicle was delivered on[protected]. It appears that the said vehicle was diverted from another dealer viz. M/s BIMAL, Indira Nagar, Bangalore. My exchange vehicle namely Alto was handed over to them on 31-8-09, whereas the cheque amounting to Rs. 2, 30, 000/- (value of Alto) was handed over to me on[protected] only ie after the lapse of 14 days.
        First they have promised me that the loan will be arranged from State Bank of India, Bangalore at the lowest interest rate ie. 8% per annum for 3 years duration, whereas, they have arranged the loan from State Bank, Hydarabad at a higher rate for 4 years period, in the branch which situated in Basavanagudi which is too far without my knowledge. The branch address was informed me only after sanction of the loan.
        At the time of purchase, they promised that the vehicle will be picked up from my place for service by themselves. However, when I contacted the service station situated at Kanakapura Road, they refused to pick up the vehicle from my place. Finally, with no other go, I have to drive the vehicle by myself to service station which is 45 Kms. from my place on 24-9-09. At the time of handing over for service, one lady advised me to meet Mr. Faiz and informed me that he would attend the service of the vehicle. I informed Mr. Faiz that i) the mileage is not coming as per the Company’s promise and to rectify the same, ii) reverse gear

        was not functioning properly iii) the most important problem was related to 3rd gear which was slipping as if mounting is not proper which irritates me while driving, and this was informed to Mr. Faiz specifically to rectify the same for which he has given evasive reply before attending itself. On receipt of the vehicle after service, it was noticed by me that whatever the complaints I have given were not recorded in the job card and no mention of rectification of the complaints given by me and also not rectified the problem. Immediately the same was informed to Mr. Faiz. It was quite surprised and not expected from your dealer and service station of such an esteemed Company.
        Further I informed Mr. Faiz over telephone on[protected] morning 10 AM that the problem of 3rd gear slipping was not rectified to which he informed me to bring the vehicle again which I am unable to do since I am staying far away.
        I am forced to write this complaint since the service person has not taken my complaint on record and avoiding instead of rectifying the same by giving answers like beating the bush and taken me as a fool which is intolerable, unacceptable and against my personality.
        I hope that you may take appropriate action under intimation to me.

        Swift Dzire — POOR SERVICE

        I am from calicut (kerala). i have 3 maruthi dzire and all most my all friends used it ..its a good comfortable vehicle.
        unfortunetly your after sales service is very poor....am also a business ..i suggest u that it will reduce your turnover.
        so take remedial action as soon as possible

        I Mr Rajnikant Kamdar had booked a vehicle with Maruti Seva Automotive ltd
        Dhule (MAharashtra) i have booked my vehicle on 24/5/2010 maruti swiftdzire vdi, today its 17-7-10 & still there is not a single call from maruti Co (Seva Auto).
        I am a old customer of maruti as i 1st i had maruti swift vdi that i had taken on 1st april 2007 today i sold it ..
        i am a existing customer of maruti what should i do wait or go for sum other vehicle
        Today in maruti they only want to earn......
        This time i am really very upset ....

        Also i know that they r giving vehicle early to sum people by forcing them to take accessories of 20000
        but i can't prove that ..
        The head office must check the booking date of every customer than they will come to know that sum people r getting vehicle in a week , while other r like me r still after for 1 and half month r still on the same position......

        In future i think it will be difficult for me to say others that MARUTI SEVA AUTO LTD DHULE is a good dealer ...

        I have given my car swift dzire toHINDUSTAN motors, BOKARO STEEL, on 13 JAN. 2011 for minor repairing and they have committed to revert it back on 21 JAN. 2011 .but a many times we gone to service centre but they fail to satisfy us and they are not giving back the repaired car ...they saying it will be done in few days ...today is 29 jan 2011 ..

          I had get serviced my car from the maruti authorized dealer at the time of car serviced , when I take the test drive of the car after service. I feel that
          car is not running smoothly and wheel is doing so much of noise. I asked with the manager, then they have checked and get it repaired. 5th day I feel that car is still not moving smoothly. I have been visited to dealer and told them the problem. But they were not ready to listen to me and said
          that car is fine. I come back but I was not comfortable with the driving. I am feeling that car is bubbling at the time of driving. I have been visited again
          to the dealer but they have not done anything and said that car is fine.

          I had made the complaint on the customer care no. of the maruti suzuki india ltd. also , but noting has been done., I did not get any call from the dealer.

          I would like to convey my message , if any thing happend with me or get accident due to mistake of dealer , they will be responsble for it.

            Hi !

            This is in reference to the fraud and cheating done in sale of Maruti Alto K10 (MH12HN8086) by Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd. Fraud and Cheating was in terms of committing to provide 2012 manufacturing car but finally giving 2011 manufacturing. Because of such act by Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd., I have incurred a loss as depreciation in the Car present value for which I seek compensation.

            Despite of agreed settlement on a nominal amount as compared to depreciation and commitment from Mr. Sagar (General Manager) to pay back Rs.30,000/- as settlement amount, I have not received anything till yet from Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd. Almost every day, Mr. Sagar commits to deliver the cheque of Rs. 30,000/- on the same day and have failed to do so. This really puts a question mark on the efficiency and trustworthiness of Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd. And they are continuing to do so very diligently as if they exists to do so. I really don’t know if it’s few people who are spoiling the dealership brand or the dealership itself is like that, but what I know is the kind of experience I am having with Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd.

            From my experience with Ace Kudale, it looks like that it is in trend of Ace Kudale and they do business in this manner only. And this is not just a statement, it’s a fact that first of all I got cheated by Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd., and post that I got false commitments from Ace Kudale which were never fulfilled.

            The kind of trouble I have received from Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd. Can never be paid back by just giving Rs.30,000/- as settlement amount, but just to get rid of Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd. I agreed on this amount and in that too what I am receiving is cheating and false commitments.

            Despite of knowing that even if I receive a commitment from Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd. will not be of any importance as it will never be fulfilled, I have approached them many times but all in vain.
            Now, I am bound to approach other governing bodies to seek relief in this blunder done by Ace Kudale Car Pvt. Ltd.

            ACE Pvt Ltd — Not receiving the statement

            I am not received SBI Credit card statement in last 4 months. Please send me my statement to my mail ID

            I OWNED A NEW ALTO K10, LAST MONTH, I FOUND A DEFECT IN THE FRONT DOOR, IT SEEMS, THE 2 DOOR FRONT AND BACK IS NOT ALIGNED PROPERLY., WE CAN SEE A BULDGE IN THE JOINING PART, IN B/WN. I DON,T KNOW HOW MARUTI CAN COME IN THIS WAY.
            I have also taken a new Alto LXI from then last week and the service I got was one of the worst I have ever imagined. I had informed them that I want the delivery on Saturday and then when I went to take the delivery they did not even have the courtesy to put a ribbon or a garland on the car and did not even bother to give me a gift box. My Car has only run 282 kms and I have started facing issues with regards to the gear being too hard. I noticed this problem the very first day but thought that since it was a new car it may be a little hard. I was promised 5 accessories from them and so long I am waiting to get them. I was told that I have got the best corporate discount but when I called Maruti Suzuki customer care I came to know that I was cheated by 500s on that as well. I have been promised a refund of the same but have not got that yet.

              I have purchased Maruti Swift VDI BS IV from Kiran Motors Ltd, Ahmedabad, vide invoice No. 0102-R06364-KRDCDB dated 24/12/2010 in the Name of Krunal Marghabhai Patel, allotment no. 0102-K-47498 via Mr Nanavati (M[protected] through Sheth Motors, Navarangpura (Mr Pintubhai: [protected]).
              At the time of booking the same vehicle I suggested to purchase my vehicle in the name of Krunal Kantibhai Patel but they mentioned Krunal Marghabhai Patel though I have submitted the documents and proof in the name of Krunal Kantibhai Patel and as per invoice, I received Motor Vehicle Registration Passbook (Registration Book No 1119035, GJ 18 AM 1521) in the name of Krunal Marghabhai Patel though I wanted the name of Krunal Kantibhai Patel .
              I requested many times to change the same name to Kiran Motors, Mr Nanavati and Pintubhai I have not received single reply from them and today they said we are not responsible for that.
              To change the name of Krunal Marghabhai Patel to Krunal Kantibhai Patel I request you to do what is necessary in invoice as well as in RC book.

                I purchased an Alto car in 2007 in Pune, bearing Engine No 3405469 & Chassis No. 938251. Shiffted to Bangalore ( Home town ) a year ago, vehicle started giving me starting problems about 6 months ago, took it to the nearest MSIL authoried dealer 6 times ( Suraksha on Hosur Road, Bangalore ). Problem not resolved, in the meantime had a comprehensive servising done at same place highlighting this problem specially, paying around Rs.10K.

                Again same problem faced on 20th of March ,2012, temporarily started by Aryan motors mechanic, today vehicle was left at Suraksha for rectification. They say now power distribution unit is faulty, has to be replaced by paying price of around Rs 5300/.-.

                I want to know from Maruti, In what way I am responsible for this defect, is this part to be replaced peiodically ? In this case why it took 6 months to know is defect ? Is Maruti is taking its customer for a ride ?

                Again Mktg person called from MSIL for newer bigger SEDAN from them. How do I go for Maruti ?

                  I just want to bring this thing to your notice that I booked Dzire VXI
                  on 29th February 2012. As per my communication with Sachin(sales
                  person), I was supposed to get car on 23rd or 25th March 2012.
                  At the time of booking I was told from Sachin that I'll get the car on
                  the price when I booked it i.e. on 29th February 2012.
                  In between I have changed my colour from pacific blue to glistening grey.

                  Now, he is refusing from the statement that I'll get the car on the
                  same price when I booked it. Instead of it I'll get it at the time of
                  delievery.
                  Also he is not sure whether he can deliver me the car on time or not .

                  At last, I am not getting car on time and not at the price as per
                  sales person (Sachin) committed.
                  Unfortunately I have decided to cancel my Car Order.

                  Please suggest me how should I proceed.

                    I am Sadruddin Charania and I have bought an Access125 of Suzuki just 1 month ago. Just after a day I bought the bike, It started showing some problem with the start up of the engine and also it used to stop suddenly while driving. Later the lever of my bike stopped working. Not even a month since I bought it, the front tyre tube (CEAT Company) got damged. I showed to a garage person, he told that the tube was either malfuntioned or tyre companys fault. Moreover, the battery lost its charging completed and also need to be replaced. It not just two month since I bought Access125 and it showed so much of problem. But the service station of suzuki is not even looking after it and they ask us to pay extra amount for tyre tube, battery and lever, even though my Access is in warranty,

                    I want a strict action to be taken on Suzuki Service station from your part as I am sure that my scooter(Access125) has been malfuntioned during the purchase and during the first regular service.
                    Please pay a keen attention to my request.

                      i was booked WagonR car at Mahalaxmi Automotive dealer Mundhava pune, for that intial amount 5000/- paied as a booking amount. at that time my choice colour was not available so that they gave me the assurance to make it availabe within a 2 days from date of booking. after two days i approch them but once again they told me that it will take another 2-3 days. once again after 2 days i physically went to their office they told me that car is available in their godown. that time i demand to show the car but they gives me different reasons which are not having any base. from all that situation i felt that some thing wrong either car not available in godown or the intentionaly delay me. At the same time i cancelled my booking and informed the to return my booking amount 5000/- that time they give me the assurance abount no cutting of charges. they were ready to return 5000/- but when i received cheque, 3500/- amount was their . once again i approch them but they told me that we cant return full amount this because of delay in booking cancellation.
                      Actually they delay the process not me unnecessorly they deduct my 1500/- i want my remaning 1500/- amount as early as possible when i call them either they cut my call or gives different reasons.

                        This is in regards the deliberate delay in delivery of car Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VXI booked by me at Audi Motors Ltd, Bikaner ( email id : audi.bkn.[protected]@marutidealers.com) on 16 Feb 2012 ( Booking Receipt no- AML/08366). At the time of booking i was assured of the delivery of car by 15 mar 2012 but even after several visits in the showroom and making several calls to the dealer, the car is still not delivered. On 14 mar 2012 , when i gave a call to the dealer, they said that the car is ready for dispatch at the Maruti Suzuki Udyog at Gurgaon but is not being dispatched as the Udyog is waiting for the new budget to be effective and deliver the vehicle at the the new price which would definitely be more than the current price. This is a cheating to the customer as all my efforts to buy the car at pre-budget rates have gone in vain. I would therefore like to know from the Udyog as to why is there a deleberate delay in delivery of the vehicle and also the explanation to the cheating.

                          This is my second complaint regarding the delivery of my SWIFT ZDI (white). The KTL PVT. LT. LUCKNOW just called me and promised to get car latest by 7th of march but till now i have not got any delivery or information from their side. Instead of doing so complaints company making fake promises and commitments.

                          Car Booked in the name of R.P. SINGH ON 6th August 2011 and its been over 7 months and they are not bothered to do anything regarding delivery of my swift zdi.

                            I had booked Maruti Suzuki - SWIFT on 26/6/2011 for Rs. 1000/- (refundable - evidence available). But due to failure of "ONTIME DELIVERY" I had requested for refund. And for this I had visited City Cars, Satna (Waidhan Branch) and had telephonic discussions quite a no. of times. But till date I have not received my refund amount. Its almost nine months over.

                              Original registration form, insurance, ICICI bank NO objection certificate, Insurance policy, for car No HR 26 J 5402 were handed over to the Receptionist of Maruti Suzuki dealer APRA AUTO- JMD Regent Plaza, MG Road, Gurgaon (Haryana) 121001 on 25 February 2012. The office has now lost the original documents and passing on the buck to the staff members.

                              The customer is under harresment and threat loosing all original documents which will put the ownership of car at stake. Inspite og meeting various officials no progress is made

                                This is regarding poor service by the service center of "WONDER-CARS" in Pune @ Pimpri workshop. Yesterday I put my car for Paid service. But the approach of the service center people is really pathetic, they have least bother about the problems I want to share with them regarding my car. Seats & backside of the car was dirtier than earlier. Polishing is not done properly it seems they are in a hurry to get the things done quickly. I am really annoyed with the service of this particular service center " WONDER CARS " in Pimpri. My car number is MH-14 BK 3470(Swift-LDI).
                                Main problem was mine cars RHS type was completely eroded & this problem i was addressing to the service center people from 8000 Km but none of them took me seriously & also my 5th was nerve ever taken out of the boot(dikki) even when i always told them to rotate the tiers, now when i have driven 25K i have completely damaged 2 tiers due to wrong things done by WONDER CARS service center then 2nd type was placed on 18K n with 7K kms of running that Tyre is also eroded.
                                When complained the same to the service station people & had word with the manager named: Dayanand Chavan he to my surprise started shouting at me & was really about to pounce & fight, at that time i really was wondering that was this a MARUTI SUZUKI service & am i there customer?
                                I need to compensation for my 2 tiers & an action against Mr. Dayanand Chavan for his misbehavior.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I had availed the services of Jamkash Vehicleades, Hyderpora Srinagar, Jammu And Kashmir for fixing the dented bonnet of my car.I asked them to replace the same and also made an Insurance claim.But to my surprise, they carried out the process of removing the dent without replacing it.Moreover, the said bonnet has been damaged with groove marks at two places and it reflects some noise when my car is in neutral gear.This all was done against what I was assured by their employees.
                                I am therefore registering a complaint so that customers don't suffer in future.

                                  Last year in september I booked swift zdi car from Local Dealer Gulzar Motors . They booked my car with the booking amount of rs 10,000/- with waiting of 5 months wriiten on booking slip. Which means delivery of car will be in february. Now when I contacted the dealer they said that they will deliver the car in july . But when we talk about early/fast delivery they demanded rs 40000/- as black money .

                                    i would like to register a complain against the dealer of maruti suzuki m/s madhusudan motors agra
                                    i booked a car swift vdi with madhusudan motors agra on 25 september with rupees 10000 reciept no 3249 allotment no[protected]
                                    i was promised to diliver the vehicle in 2 3 months when we contacted the dealer in december we were told that we will recieve the vehicle in january
                                    as the new model 2012 we were later told that it would be dileverd in february as we wanted red colour we asked the manager about the car he asked us to deposit some extra money and promise to diliver the car in the month of february so we ve deposited the extra rs 160000 now in february last mr naveen manager madhusudan motors and mr dev kumar mathur,mr neeraj sharma asked me to pay the final amount before the billing so i paid rs 500000 in total rs 670000 before the billing and now as february is gone i have not recieved my car and manager and sales representative of madhusudan motors are not co-oprating they say that they do not have red colour available and i can take my money back if i want
                                    please see that it is harrasment on their part we have already paid the full amount and still no car i do not want my money back pls help me get the dilevery of the car
