[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Dzire vxi — non coverage of warranty

I PURCHASED THE ABOVE VEHICLE IN jANUARY 2012. My vehicle was insured tghrough the dealer by new india assurance company.My vehicle was stolen on 5-4-2012 and recovered by police and handed over to me on the evening of[protected].I promptly handed over the vehicle at the service station of dealer(ACER MOTORES, Trimulgherry,Secunderabad. On my demanding an estimate of damage and quotation for repais, the in-charge of the body-shop Mr.Dinesh refused to do so. He contaxcted the insurance people and doing the reoais piece meal keeping me in dark about the extent of damage. He called me on[protected] and informed that the silencer and clutch plates are damaged beyond repair and have to be replaced and I should bear the cost. If the damage is because of the theft then the insurance company has to bear the cost and if it is failure of the parts then the warranty should cover it. Kindly do justice to resolve the conflict.
