maruti swift - ldi — service and maintenance

i have purchased a a maruti swift diesel (LDI) in Oct 2008 from vitesse lokhandwala and have had it serviced thrice. The basis for buying a maruti vehicle was the low cost maintenance and service availability however after 2 and half years and running on 32000 odd i have had to change the battery and brakepads. This is very disappointing if every 2 years i have to change the battery then i dont think maruti is the right choice for me. Also this means that the service that i have received was not upto the mark.

I am very disappointed by this and will really have to reconsider buying another maruti product in the future.

your people called us for the 1st servicing of swift car. the time when we sent the car they rejected the car by saying that they wont wash it this is a complaint about the neglegence of service and rude behaviour of the person who called us and now the same person is refusing to talk to me nor answering my calls

I am very disappointed by this and will really have to reconsider buying another maruti product in the future.
