I purchased maruti sx4 in april 2008 from Jagmohan Motors Sonipat, all the services were timely done at the same place. But recently when i was going to panipat suddenly my car stopped on the national highway near samalkha dated 7-11-10 immediately i contacted jagmohan motors for help but they refused any kind help so i had to make my own arrangements to take it to Harrison motors Panipat.
car remained with harrison motors for more than 2 weeks, i was informed by harrisons motors that there was some problem with the gas -kit and they got it repaired but i am sorry to say that work has not been done properly- 1, engine oil is still leaking
2, ac is not working
3 above all i must know why the engine stopped abruptly without any
accident or external damage
i hope you would look into the matter and relieve me of my mental and financial loss

maruti sx4 — Regarding services
Sir, this is regarding my sx4 car. I have sent the car for servicing and radiator checking on 6th oct 2009 to r.k.b.k. Autobiles, gorakhpur(authorised service centre). Some times they say your car is under waranty and sometimes they say no. I never get the proper response . Till now they are not in the position to give me proper reply. This was my severe mistake to purchase car frm maruti suzuki. A very very thanx to you. Regards! Sanjeev nemani
