[Resolved]  Maruti WagonR LX — Low Mileage

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Wagon R from Sky Auto Mobiles,Bhanapur, Cuttack on dtd.05.08.2009.I have lodged the complain while I go for 3 rd free servicing. The service incharge assurred me after servicing that "your car will give 18-20 KM per ltr". But after 3rd servicing no improvement has been comeout.Again I informed to service manager regarding above problem. He called me for mileage testing & I have gone on dt.01.11.2010 but due to failure of their mileage testing machine it could not be done.
Sky Auto Mobiles is the largest seler of maruti car in our Orissa,but there are no proper trained mechanic and no advance tools and equipment.They are only doing filter change,plug cleaning,etc.There are no mechanical engineer to supervise their work or guiding them on their work.
You are requested to kindly take immediate action and send your company engineer to find out the problem of such low mileage & oblige.
