Sub. – Replacement of clutch platein my Estilo car which was 3rd serviced on 3.1.11-case of Sri S.K.Sahoo. - reg.
Kindly refer to the job card no.--- dt.3.1.2011 in which my car was serviced for the 3rd trime,which is going to complete 1year on 11.1.11.On that day I told about the bad smell(i.e. smell of burning of rubber/plastic) which was acknowledged by your service Assistant. The clutch plate was damaged/burnt that is why it was hard and bad smell was coming. I was told that the same can not be changed as that one is not coming under the servicing work. After servicing/greasing etc.the car was returned. Of course the clutch is bit light after the servicing but the problem persists. The vehicle is yet to be one year. I wonder how come within such a small span the plate will be destroyed. I do expect the same will be changed in the vehicle so that I would not face problem later on. As Maruti is a esteemed company and stand for customer care, I hope the same will be replaced. Hoping a positive response from you.
