Maruti Zen estilo Tyre — new sepni replaced with old one

Hi

I had purchased Maruti Zen estilo car from My Car Pune P.Ltd,Wakad in year 2008.

I had 3 free services done with dealer only and I dont take my car any where for servicing .

Last week when my car got puncture ,while changing tyre with stpani came to know that Sepani which was in my car was too old of manufacturing date 2002 .

When I had taken this issue with My car I got very poor response from them .

Inturn they said they will give me 50 % of stepani value and 50 % I will have to pay which is not accepted to me .

I am very much sure that my car's new stepani was stolen and replaced with Old one of 2002 manufactured .

Kindly let us know how to tackle this situation
