Dear Sirs,
This is regarding worst sales support and commitment by our coimbatore dealer Jai Krishna Maruti.
I booked Swift LXI varient(Silky Silver) on September 09/09/2010 and commitment given by them was within 45 days from the date of booking and I was told that I have got alloted a vehicle and its CHASIS NO & ENGINE NO has came, so they asked me to pay the down payment immediately and I have made my advance and arranged loan from SBI.
Now 50 days got over till date they are not able fulfill their commitment and they couldn't give me CHASIS NO & ENGINE NO. When ever i checked with them for delivery,they are telling that the company (Maruti)is not sending the this particular model vechile to dealer in time.
Still they are not giving any commitment when they will deliver, they took advance amount from me telling your vehile engine no and chasis no has come but they are telling yet to get allotment for me, Now I strongly belive that they have swapped my alloted vehicle to another customer.
There are other products ready to deliver in a weeks time with any variant, only because trust with Maruti I have waited for 50 days after paying advance amount + down payment, but I didtn expect this from a Maruthi Dealer, I have started losing interest with Maruti now, I feel that I had enough from you guys.
So I have decided to my self, if the vehicle is not getting delivered before 3rd of Nov 2010, then I am going to cancel the booking and share this wonderful experience with maruti to my friends, colleagues and relatives, atleast they will not be fooled by this kind of dealers of Maruti!
