So did you find out about their address or contact number. I too have ordered a set of 8 DVD discs from them for 60$. Want to know whether it will reach me. The current status shows its shipped.

I placed an order for $80.00 and I am still waiting to get the shippment, I was following up them about the details and they never send any reply back from them. In spite of multiple emails I never received any reply from them.I am trying to reach their contact information any one knows their information please let me know.
even today i sent another reminder through their website but so far no luck. in fact when i registered my reminder through the contact us option on site, i got a reply saying items have been shipped and i would get it in a week or so. they promise delivery within 3-6 weeks. my order date is oct 22, 2009, neither there is any contact details available nor any response.
I have not received my order and it has been several months. I have sent multiple e-mails but no reply.
This company should be prosecuted for fraud!!!

I have sent serveral emails and have not received a response to date.
I have asked them for tracking number, contact details.
They should be caught out and we shoud be compensated for these ordeals.

Matchless Gifts — Taking money but not sending out orders
They take your money, but don't send out the orders. All efforts to contact them is ignored. They seem to run a fraudulent website aimed at stealing from at least some people without any concern over it. The internet website is www.matchless-gifts.com. The company is connected to www.matchlessgifts.com, but operates from India. I ordered the Back To Godhead DVD set and never got it. They took my money and no DVDS. All efforts to reach them a waste of time. All emails ignored. DON'T BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEB SITE!!!
Go to the Website www.matchless-gifts.com and send complaints under the "contact us" web message category and threaten legal action and complaints to the Justice Dept and Attorney General's office if they don't send out the orders you paid for! Call and cut off and complain to your credit card provider about the purchase. They will send complaints to this company and in many cases credit you card. Don't let them get away with this incompetence or fraud!
