I used their service recently and took a sim card for switzerland and was a victim of wrong billing and when I contacted their Business Development Executive he avoided my calls and never responded. Also I gave them vouchers of Rs.1000 which I won from a Radio Channel, they took it but never deducted the amount from my final bill and neither they returned the vouchers.

I will never use their service and I would request other users to Beware of their billing system, International Roamings are much cheaper and you will get the shock of matrix only when you see their bill.
