[Resolved]  maxtor hard drive — they dont replace it & its having warrenty upto 2011

i go to Maxtor Seagate Hard disk service center in mumbai for replacing my hard disk.i give them & they check it for warranty they said ya its in warranty but due to physical damage it couldn't replace or repair...one component is burst by heavy voltage...i told them in my area there is load shading problem thats why component burn...they not listen me...& not replaced so what is the meaning of warranty...its in warranty period so why they not replaced or repair it...same problem with my dlink router it also having same problem on pcb they repair it with free of charge...within 30 minutes...so why Maxtor service center couldn't do confused help me...

my maxtor hard disk of serial number 160GB PN:9NX2A4-500 and SN:2HB2A7DK please check to it its not at all detecting please tel where to claim for its warranty

my maxtor hard disk is 500 GB S/N:2HASEFVE And PN:9NU2AT-500 It is given to seagate service centre in chennai, this hdd problem is its not at all detecting this problem i will given to service centre in chennai, 2 r 3 days before they send message u r maxtor hdd ready, today i will collected and i will checked but it is same problem NOW what i can do so kindly tell me.

my maxtor hard disk is 500 GB S/N:2HBA2HD3 And PN:9NZ2A4-500, this hdd problem is its not at all detecting this problem IN Andhra Prasad where is service centers.
