MCD And Jal Board — Road Blocked due to Illegal boring

Most humbly I would like to inform you that I am resident of Delhi. Some one in our area has done boring to use under ground water. Due to this activity we are suffer we are not able to use main road only for one person I Need your help to stop such activites as soon as possible and stop boring also.

The area is Ganga Vihar, Nr. Shiv Mandir, Delhi 110094.
