khanpur, illegal construction
Dear sir,
i am a resident of khanpur H No:C-195 J.J.Colony Khanpur Sec II New Delhi-110062 for a few day i have been noticing an illegal constructiön going on at f C-260 J.J.Colony Khanpur Sec-II New Delhi-110062, the house is in the name of Mrs. Neha Khanna, they are illegaly casting roof in shadow of construction going on at the residence next to them, at their 1st, 2nd 3rd, 4th, 5th floor. Please see to it.

sir, yeha per property no 7/23 masjid road jangpura extn new delhi-14 ka DEMOLATTION[protected] KO kiya gaya thha per yeha aap kay he staff na isa full counstracttion karwa kar ready karwa diya ha aisa kyo ? aaj yeha per A.C., COOLER, SUB FIT HA OR STUDY ZONE KA NAAM SAY TEACHING CENTER CHAAL RAHA HA aap kay staff khaita ha ki yeha bundh kabhi aap koi bhi check karey. is ka owner BIKRAM SINGH SUB KO KHEATA HA KI POCKET MA NOTE HOONA CHAAIYA SUB KAAM HOOTA HA OR JUB KI IS KA 3rd FLOOR BHI UNAUTHORISED HA ?

sir, one person owner of shop no. h-89 put the dabridge on road and on requesting to putoff the person refuses and neglect our requests
sir, he said that he would not leave the road and do whatever you want.

Respected sir,
Please refer to our complaint against Shri Surjeet Singh and his wife Smt. Surjeet Kaur purchasers of janta flat No. A-73, A-74, A-75 and A-76 ‘A’ Block, DDA Flats Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. They have constructed 3rd and 4th Floor over these flats by converting them into shops. These furniture shops were sealed by the Government /MCD on getting a complaint for their unauthorized business in a residential colony which is against the Govt. Rules /DDA rules.
In this connection it is submitted that the lease owners have broken the seal for the 3rd time leading to the path on the other side of the flat and their labours are doing all the furniture works in disguise thereby causing disturbance to the persons going through this road. Lastly the sealing was done by MCD on August 10th 2009, but the seal was again broken by the owner without any fear of the Government on 13th August 2009. General public cannot move freely due to encroachment of foot path which is being used as a space to continue their furniture business. Many times people get injured due to the encroachment of the foot path. Most important thing is that the unauthorized construction is also going on inside the building.
Sir, we submit before your good self that all these unauthorized activities i.e. unauthorized multistoried construction over these flats against the Govt. / MCD / DDA. Police who have been given huge money as a bribe by the owner. The unauthorized shop constructed on a ground floor were sealed by MCD many a times as they are against the rules, but these seal were broken by the owner and the business started again in full swing. About these matter was reported to the police and the police visitors the shops and in lieu they have taken the huge money from the owner of the shops and allowed the owner to carry on their business.
Under the circumstances explained above we would be grateful if they order to the DDA/ MCD officials /Police to clear the foot path covered by these purchasers persons for not allowing the passage to move freely of the general persons . They are also requested to initiate disciplinary action as per CCS conduct rule of MCD /DDA as to how the owner have broken the seal for their business to earn money without seeking proper permission from the Govt. bodies i.e. MCD/DDA, so that general public may not suffer for their movement on foot path constructed by MCD/DDA.
In the view of above immediate necessary action be taken against the owner and Govt. officials who have allowed the unauthorized construction and unauthorized opening of a shop and these unauthorized construction be demolished and shop be closed to avoid inconvenience to the people residing thereby in the colony.
We would be highly obliged to your honour for an early demolition order may be issued to the DDA/MCD to remove the obstacles created by the persons whimsically, so so that the general public get the way to move freely without any hindrance.

we the residents of O block-37 Lajpat Nagar-2 are facing the problem caused by Mr RK Sabharwal for more than 8 years now, who is running a security guard placement office on the 3rd floor and has given the terrace-4th floor on lease to airtel on which 40 feet tower is raised.
We are facing lot of security problems due to regular up and down of people coming to the the office and the noise pollution of the genset of the tower causing restlessness, health problems and depreciation to the building.
When the tower was raised the the outlet of the drainage was changed due to which sewage problem has arised causing water logging resulting in water born diseases and mosquitoes.
We request and plead to you to take immediate measures so our sufferings could end for the same.
