Delhi -94 .Eight or Nine days ago some one has erected a temple in the park .This a crime because there may be some ulterior motive behind this so called temple and this will snatch away the park from common people and cause traffic jam .

I K.VENKTESH KUMAR S/O KALIMUTHU resident of block E -50 jj colony budh nagar, inderpuri new delhi - 110012 .I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem that is my neighbour’s house whose structure starts bending down from a side towards my house and another side its start’s cracking. It is going to disastrous effect on nearby residents. It was constructed under wrong manner. I tried to contact the owner of the house, but he is leave somewhere else. This house is on common street which is also dangerous for passing people and children. I already registered a complaint on 17/06/2013 to your MCD WEBSITE my complaint number is GRV/KBZ/2013/000356.and I also made a telephonic complaint on MCD CONTROL ROOM my complaint number is 629 on 22/06/2013. I also visited nearest mcd office regarding this issue, but no one taking it seriously. If any incident took place after the information I given, MCD will wholly responsible for it .Therefore I want register a complaint to you in written. I hope that after this information you will act fast and take appropriate steps towards this problem with your expert team.

Unauthorised encroachment is being done in Govt land in G Block, Prem Nagar, Najafgarh, Delhi actually the land was earmarked for riot victims or so and was vacant till recent time but daily some one new encroaching govt land actual site is end of the Gali No 9 & 10 of G block, Prem Nagar, Najaf Garh and that too with blessings of local lower leaders and govt agencies.
If its not stoped imdtly the same will be difficult to make it free from encroachment
concern authorities are requested to take imdt action to stop it

Do MCD people ever act on complaints against illegal encroachments in Delhi. I doubt it, these people wont change ever and India will remain same without any system in place.Even Congressi MCD councillor like Panna Lal Khairwal treats street as their baap ki jaagir and extend their premises as much they want. And nobody ever questions such people how a simple vegetable vendor can amass so much wealth within a few years after entering MCD. He resides in Sheikh Sarai-2.

Encroachment in I-Block, C R Park is becoming a nuisance. Most of the houses have captured Govt. land in the name of making gardens in front of sides of their houses. The latest is I-1775, C R Park, New Delhi 110019 where the side road has been encroached and there is not space left for any emergency services to pass. (picture attached)

sir, this is to inform you that shoes sales by a shop keeper in front of gharana audio gallery at pipalwala Road in F block at MAIN MARKET Mohan GARDEN DELHI - 110059 has encroached upon pedestrian by sale of shoe's cartoons. Therefore heavy traffic jam on this road due to this shoe sale. There is very difficulty to move pedestrian and other moter riders.

Keeping in view of the above facts, on behalf of the residents of Astha Kunj, we request you to kindly stop the ongoing construction work immediately and demolish the encroached structure at once for ever and direct the concerned officers to protect the common passage in public interest.

It is to bring to your kind notice that the so many people have constructed steps and slops infront of their houses on the roads and streets, they have occupied 3-5ft streets on both side thus blocking the ways severely of other people. This is a serious problem beacuse sometime we have tried to convince them but to no effect and some ready to fight. The most hit streets are Rampat Gali and Bhagmal Gali, this is still happening.
To make such people follow rulesa and regulations is the responsibility of the administration, so you are requested to get these encroachments and obstructions removed and those who do it should also be warned strictly.
Please take quick and stern steps to stop this menace of encroachment.
