MCD Department Already Stopped The Construction Once But They Gone Beyond The Order Absolutely Violation Of The Building Bye Laws. The Said Owner Still Doing The Construction Work In Full Swing.
In View Of The Facts Mentioned Above It Is Requested That The Directions May Kindly Be Sued To Stop The Construction Of 2nd 3rd Floor, 4th Floor And Demolition
