[Resolved]  MCD Garbage Collection Van — misbehaviour of mcd garbage collecting staff

Respected sir,

I am one of the resident of rohini, residing at G block of sector- 15, rohini, delhi-110085.
I am registering a complaint against your new scheme in which MCD vans are moving all around area for collection of garbage.Its a great scheme installed my you people of keeping our delhi clean........but what about the MCD staff- the driver & the other who pick garbage. Now, those MCD staff- the driver & the other who pick garbage , does not co-operate with the residence of G block. The major problem is that those MCD staff does not come to even first floor of building to collect garbage......they want us to come down to give garbage......whatabt the old people who live at second floor of the building and who cannot do up and down so much......what about those people.?????????????? & in order to keep there houses clean ..they use to throw their garbage thrown their balconies.........and what that MCD driver used to do is...........that he didnt even stopped that MCD garbage collection van & keeping on moving.......& in this race the garbage thrown by old people through their balconies used to fall either on the speaker or somewhere else on the van ........& after that the MCD drivers & staf[censored]sed to ABUSE us & speak rubbish.......our earlier garbage colector used to come to even second floor & was even good & also speaks politely.........I AM AN ENGINEERING STUDENT & I DONT WANT TO BE A MURDERER AS THAT MCD GARBAGE COLLECTOR STAFF MISBEHAVED WITH MY OLD AGED MOTHER.......I DONT WANT TO DESTROY MY CAREER BY BEING INVOLVED IN THE FIGHT WITH THE DRIVER & THEN GOING TO POLICE STATION.........SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO REMOVE THAT MDC GARBAGE COLLECTION VAN & THAT MCD STAFF- DRIVER & OTHER TWO......AS WE DONT WANT ANY VAN AS OUR EARLIER GARBAGE COLLECTOR WAS GOOD & POLITE & ALSO USED TO COME TO SECOND FLOOR TO COLLECT GARBAGE........& NOT EVEN CHARGE US EVEN A SINGLE RUPEE FROM US......ITS NOT ONLY ON MY BEHALF BUT ON BEHALF OF ALL OTHER PEOPLE RESIDING AT G BLOCK...........SO PLEASE TAKE QUICK ACTION BEFORE MY NAME ENTERS IN THE POLICE MURDERER AS WELL AS WANTED LIST.............

its that we ...people of G block dont want to be in everyday fight with the MCD staff- the driver & other two garbage collector people...so it is requested to MCD department to take corrective & quick action...thank you...we want to live peacefully & happily...live a good & healthy life...

I am registering a complaint against proper execution of your new scheme in which MCD vans are moving all around area for collection of garbage.Its a great scheme initiated by you people of keeping our delhi clean...but nobody is there to have followup on the execution and feedback, as i am a resident of b-5, sec 4 rohini, initially van used to come daily or atleast 6 days in a week but now the positon is infact very bad and the Garbage Van's comes comes twice a week on asking them to whom we contact they are silent and give lame execuses.
Second problem is that those MCD driver didnt even stopped that MCD garbage collection van & keeping on moving even knowing the facts that this resident always dispose the gargbage through them.
Moreover, residents are now again moving to pvt garbage/rack pickers and dispose their garbage.
I think that it's a sheer wastage if the officials concerned just outsourced the job and sit without seeking followup/feedback from their employees or residents. How long it will continue.
Infact, i have 2 -3 suggestion for effective implementation of the scheme till grass root level
Garbage vans should have the complaint nos./toll free nos. name of contractor/MCD official concerned name & mobile no. of that area painted on the vans for raising their query/grievances
Ensure timings of the van+-30 mts, as they do not have any time for collection of garbage
Ensure that the van covered the complete area and did not skip any row
MCD should take feedback from residents on sampling basis about their services on monthly basis, and accordingly the payment shall be made to outsourced agency operating the van
Closely monitor and takes suggestion from residents for successful implementation of the scheme, and win residents delight infact have scheme like" MCD -Aap Ke Dwar"

mcd garbage collection vans — unavailability of garbage collection vans

i'm residenace of wz-204b, virender nagar, lane-4, new delhi-110058, here we are unable to have the facility of mcd garbage collection vans at our area. our neghbourhood lanes are having such failities for having such vans but they are not coming in our lane. pls. help by giving us such facility. thanks

I am registering a complaint against proper execution of your new scheme in which MCD vans are moving all around area for collection of garbage.Its a great scheme initiated by you people of keeping our delhi clean...but nobody is there to have followup on the execution and feedback, as i am a resident of G 104 Prem Nagar 1st 70 foot road Near kirari, in front of amrawati polyclinic, nangloi delhi 86 .
there is a vacant space on 70 foot road infront of amrawati polyclinic i, e side by my house, people use to throw there garbage on that vacant space MCD is snot taking any action nor collecting garbage, some mcd worker also use to collect garbage from different areas and throw that garbage on that vacant space.

People always use to keep there hand on the nose when they cross that road si it is not good
