[Resolved]  MCD, Green Park — Leaving too much water on colony road

We have been requesting our neighbour not to leave excess water through rainwater drain pipe as it keeps the road wet all through and give chance for mosquitoes to breed as well as spoil the Tar Road of our lane which has already started to break and 3-big pot holes are already visible at the moment.

Irony is that this building in our neighbour B-4/202, Safdarjung Enclave has been converted in to flats and at present there are 6-families living in various flats which was originally having only one-small family living there till 2005.

Worst part is that the slope of the road is towards our house and all the water coming out of this building gets accumulated in front of our home & the house next to ours. As our efforts & firm objections by the residents association to this menace has no affect on the flat owners, we expect MCD authorities to acts against them and take stern action.

We are facing similar problem from our neighbours at the back side (east side) as they also leave excess water in the back lane.

Hope appropriate actions will be taken by the concerned authorities in order to maintain the surroundings of our colony

I guess this website is not effective as neither any one has commented on the complaint nor any action has been taken by MCD till date.

This is disgusting.

Irony is that this building in our neighbour RAJPUR KHURD EXTENTION COLONY( Near Jain STD) has been converted in to Houses and at present there are 50-families living in various Houses which was originally having only one-small family living there till 2010.
