hum budh vihar phase-1 me rehte h. jaha 1 banquet hall h jiska naam MEHAK VATIKA h jise charu naam ka admi chala raha h. ye banquet hall residential area me illegal chal raha h. jaha aye din koi na koi shadi or function hota rehta h. jis vajha se yaha bohot bura jam lag jata h. or jo log shadiyo me ate h vo apni car galiyo me khadi kar dete h or gali puri tarha se ruk jati h. kuch bolne per ladne lagte h or drink pee kar bohot gandi gandi galiya dete h. jis vajha se yaha se ladies bhar nhi nikal pati. D.J raat 1-2 baje tak full volume per chalta h kuch kaho to marne or bacho ko uthane ki dhamki dete h. hum budh vihar ke niwasi isse bohot pareshan h. kirpa karke isko band karwaiye.

This is to bring into your notice the illegal commercial activities being carried out in residential areas of(Pandit Furniture) A-8 East Nathu Clony Street No. 1 Shahdara, Delhi-93. Where in the name of illegal commercial activities, heavy chemical polish on furniture's cause air pollution are being operated. These people have made the life hell of neighbours in the name of illegal construction activities. Earlier he was using encroachment and put furniture's in road street which make trouble for people passing around the street all time many furniture rikshaw are kept the entire road i believe this was illegal for years for his wooden trade activities in this residential zone. one more important they people maintaining a big furniture go-down with no fire resistance, if something gone happened through fire no one can escape as because its has huge wooden inside there. please take action soon

I am Daljinder Kaur w/o Mr. Chanan Singh residence of white avenue colony near Bhatia City cable Qadian dist Gursdaspur Punjab.i would like to inform you In white avenue colony near there is going on construction of one Temple without acknowledgement of any colony s person.That according to the law system nobody can make any relious place in anywhere . It's making in between the houses they can costruct where colony has alloted place for particular .so I have objection on this construction because this is the place for house not for any relegious place .I have checked already they don't have any passed map for Temple and in future me and my children could face the problem due to this construction .so it is my humble request to the management kindly stop the construction. I want to drag your attention towards an alarming issue of rapidly growing illegal platform ( Chabutra) activity running over the footpath in B-468 Sangam Park near Police chowky R P Bagh Delhi -110007 area, as well as the unauthorised platform (Chabutra) constructed there by Raj Kumar without acknowledgement of any colony's person. That according to the Law system nobody's can take any road blocked. So I have objection on this construction this place for walking and parking only.
So it is my humble request to the authorities kindly stop the construction and take appropriate and necessary action over this complaint for the welfare of the locality.Otherwise I will take action by court.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that Mr. Naveen Mittal owner of Ground Floor in same building running the Big Store of Kiryana in Ground Floor. The Property was not commercial. It was residential & purchased by Mr. Naveen Mittal from Builder for the use of residential purpose but after some time, the property was converted for the use of commercial activities after break the main wall of the Ground Floor.
We all building owners filled joint compliant with MCD office as well as policy station but the necessary action still not initiated by any authority. All building owners are facing lot of challenges due to the same.
Pls. find the below compliant details:-
1. Complaint submitted with MCD office on[protected]Diary No-6261/II Dt[protected] & (Diary no 9493/P-SE-II dt 28/12/2018.
2. Complaint submitted with MCD office on[protected]by hand) & Policy Station on[protected] &[protected] DD No-98A).
We again request you to take the necessary action on Mr. Naveen Mittal & close the store running in residential area immediately. The copy of the document submitted by us are enclosed for your ready reference.

Unauthorized factory
Hi Sir,

This is to bring in your notice that there is lot of factorys in our residential area they have heavy machinery which produce heavy noise pollution day and night we have already requested to not to operate during odd timings but they are not willing to listen to us and even they are challenging us by saying do whatever you want to do and approach whom you want to approach they will not stop industrial activity.

This is to bring in your kind notice that many Bike workshops in the name of illegal /prohibited commercial activities, are running in our residential area, the complete road is occupied by the bikers and mechanics . Due to bike repair shops oil is spreading every where on the road, causes air pollution spreading every where its difficult to breath while passing the road, due to bike washing/servicing water pollution is mixing in the drain. As we all knew that Servicing /Washing in residential area is banned due to pollution.
Some time it is difficult to pass through by walking even. Females scared to walk through the road.

Requesting the concern authorities to take the necessary action/step to stop the prohibited commercial activities.

Since this is a commercial activity in the residential area a complaint with corporation can be lodged. You may even initiate criminal and civil proceedings simultaneously. You may file complaint before the sub divisional magistrate, under section 133 Cr. P.C., for removal of nuisance.

Same address . Ground Floor shop with the name of *Dinesh Building Material* Doing cement and all materials work from last 20 years.
Now as per covid, we are unable to live in free breath world. Because he maked ground floor illegal godown for his cement stock.
As on nights big trucks are coming with full of cements, We are unable to sleep properly, and often there are too many problems because of Dinesh. And he talks like so called DON of here with there sons like we cannot talk to him directly. As per there nonsense talks. I request to OUR DEPARTMENT. This is to inform you that an illegal/unauthorised heavy machine factory is running in residential area X Block 183/1 street no. 9 brahampuri Delhi 110053 near shiv mandir, New Delhi, there are 8 to 10 labour works in the factory, they work 7am to 12 pm, due to heavy machinery we are unable to sleep at night due to heavy vibration of machine and heavy sound. our childrens also feeling sick and sleeplessness due to continues sound day and night, Have several health issues like headache, we ask to owner for shifting the unit to industrial area but they refused to shift.
This is against the order of Supreme Court of India passed in the matter of M C Mehta vs Union of India & others and must be sealed immedetialy.
