[Resolved]  MCD New Delhi — sealing at rangpuri

dear sir/madam,

i want to request to you kindly instruct to mcd new delhi department for sealing the those residance property which is using for commercial perpuse.

lots of local people give the residance property to private companies on rent.due to these companies we are facing lots of problems like traffic (Outsider vehicles), noise problem.

due to cargo companies they always use big trucks into our small streets.after 9.00pm in evening and earlly morning they load and unload the cargo.

please help us to live better.

I wish to draw your kind attention to the commercialization in the same plot we live in

There is a shop in the same plot we live in, by the name of Mittal Hardware and Saintary Pipes. Their business is on a very large scale. The major area is occupied by him that is 350 acres of land for this shop.
From the shop’s outside appearance it seems as if it is in 20 acres of land as he has wall in between. He keeps his material both in A-6 shankar Garden(340 acres of land) and B-2 Shankar Garden N.D-18(440 acres of land). These two plots are almost next to each other as the only plot in between is B-1 Shankar Garden. According to the customer requirement the material is fetched from A-6 and B-2 Shankar Garden.
On top of it he occupies half the road with his material in the day time

He has an army of frontmen, helper and workers. He sends few of his labour like plumber or for severage cleaning to people places to work. He has kept his labour, workmen & helper on the road to do all kind of jobs that is in front of our house. They work, loiter, eat on the road. They throw their tea cups in front of our gate. His labour even drink at night almost daily and start abusing at night.

Every second day at night heavy loaded truck come. They park them in front of our house and start throwing the steel pipes from a good height for hours and hours which creates a lot of noise and disturbance for us. All these pipes are kept outside his shop that is on road. In the daytime, all his customer as well as his men keep parking their vehicles. If I ask the owner of the shop to keep his men and customer at his entry rather than our entry or gate. He says parking would be done on your gate if you utter a word I would put you in one these cars(words said by Prem Mittal). I was been beaten by them for this reason for half an hour by Ishwar Dyal Mittal’s son and the police didn’t initial loudge an FIR later on, we approached someone they filed the compliant and the police forced us to compromise by all means, instead of taking any decision.

Infact this plot A-6 Shankar Garden doesn’t even belong to Mittal. The plot belong to my parent and his three brother. Out of the four sibling one brother had sold the plot without the consent or signature of other three. We fought in the court for 18 years even after that court didn’t take any decision they made us compromise. We have our share my parent other sibling don’t their share. They torture us in every way possible to make us vacate. How can plot belonging to four sibling be sold by one and the court instead taking a decision ask to compromise. Well this India, this law and order our country can maintain. That why we would continue to have people and instance like Satyam’s.

In brief, Mittal having their shop in the same plot we live in are destroying our peaceful living day and night by commercializing in the residential area. Their shop runs from morning 8am to 10pm at night. They don’t close their shop even once a week. Twice they had got a notice for their shop being sealed but by just bribing they got scot free. They don’t pay their income tax properly in fact they hide all the amount they earn and use it for bribing police and other judical people etc.. whosoever is of some help to him.

I feel something immediately needs to be done to check this mence. Accordingly I would request to kindly intervene and get commercialization of this premise stopped.

WE ARE FLAT OWNER OF PROPERTY NO. RZ-2062A /27 WE HAVE PURCHESED THIS PROPERTY IN YEAR 2007 ANDGOT OUR SELF REGISTERED AT SU- REGISTAR OFFICE SOUTH MAHRAULI NEW DELHI THIS BUILDING CONSIST BASEMENT GROUND FLOOR FIRST FLOOR SECOND FLOOR AND THIRD FLOOR AND WE ALL ARE HAVING OUR WATER TANK AT ROOF TOP AND WE ALL ARE ASLO USING ROOF COMMONLY.

SUDDENLY IT BEEN OBSERVED THAT ONE OF TOP FLOOR OWNER MR. SURENDER AS THREATENING US TO REMOVE WATER TANKS AS HE WAS ALREADY STARTED REGARDING ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONIS CARRIED AT ROOF OF 3 RD FLOOR AT PROPERTY NO. RZ 2062 A /27
TO CONSTRUCT ANOTHER FLOOR (4TH FLOOR) AT ABOVE ADDRESS.
