[Resolved]  MCD Park In Nand Nagri, B - 6 / , Delhi - 110093 — Illegal Encroachment

Dear Sir,

This is to be informed hereby that a so-called leader and his sons claim that the MCD park near and in front of their house are their own property as they have been looking after it, while the Gardner who have been appointed to nurse and look after this park is barred to do his services such as; park maintenance, watering to the plants, maintaining the beauty of the park.

These are the politically supported people and boast of having connection with big shots of politics and have kept some Gunda type people who make flower vase and even reside in the very same park, and whenever anybody complain against them they use their muscle power and don’t let the Govt-appointed servant (Gardner) to do his work.

As of now, there have been several complaints lodged against this illegal encroachment, but a suitable and fruitful is step is still awaited. We are lodging this complain on behalf of the residents of the colony who are also debarred from entering the park.

Kindly take stringent action by deputing a permanent and duty bound gardener who can take full care of this park. An appropriate step would be highly appreciated. In case, nothing is done, we will go ahead and complain to the higher authority or the Supreme Court of India. The copy of this complaint will be made social and sent to the respective authority if nothing is done within the stipulated time frame.
