MCD Parking — CHARGING DOUBLE THE AMOUNT

I am working at Resarch Pacific 301 3rd floor Pusa road 5 opp to polenumber 80/79...MCD attendent is asking for rs 20 everyday for parking though parking charges are rs 10 and is also threatning that if I won't pay he would get my car picked for wrong parking or else would put dent on my car.
