Dear Sir

This is to bring your notice that I Radha Sharma holding P.P.O No. 1449 not getting medical reimbursement allownace as per approval of MCD vide their Corporation Resolution No. 777 dated[protected] circulated vide no. DCA/Pen(HQ)/2008/16 dated[protected].

Although I have made several visits to your office as well as to designated bank who is responsible to make the payment of medical as per your letter dated[protected]scanned copy is attached).

It is the matter of surprise that I being a old lady has been suffering for my dues for last so many years although I have lost my husband in the year 2004 and I have no source of income to maintain my medical treatment.

It is also find that to get a copy of letter I have to pay some amount at MCD office with the delaing person .Despite of the fact my matter is yet to be resolved. Since both your office as well as PNB branch (Kirti nagar) is playing foul game with me with no response for delay in Medical Reimbursement

I would therefore request you to kindly intervene in this matter to save me further harresment and help me in getting my above allowance including upto date arrears with out any further delay.

sub: For Pension

My father was work as a gardner (in MCD) and retired 1996, and takes pension till 2006 (till death) and then after my mom takes their pension & after her death It will be issue for me (daughter Jayanti (age 21)) we always submit our file in MCD office Kacha Bage town hall chandni chawk, both time it (pension) issue their's office, But now they are talk Now for new circular Base this time it will be issue by your Bank (PNB) Where your pension were comes your Mother's Bank & talk to Bank.
But they are not give any proper answer and delayed me Last[protected] seven Month
I don't Know what I do now
It is really hard to live inspite Pension because it is only my base of Life.
We are only three two bro & one me (Jayanti)

Sub: - pending senior citizen pension of my late father.

Dear Sir
I am Piyush Kumar Achera s/o late Mr. Radha Kishan Achera. My father was died recently on April 06 2012 and he was pensioner from M C D. He was come under senior citizen pension scheme.
My father received pension till June 2011 because M C D always give late pension.
My question to you is how I receive pending pension from July 2011 to March 2012 from M C D.
I put this question in front of M C D PENSION officers but they don’t give me satisfactory answer for that.
I would therefore request you to kindly help me in my problem and tell me what the right procedure to clam this pending pension.
