BSNL have some understanding with the BV-ONMOBL that's why they don't want stop this services after complain also .. BSBL customer Care is worst in the world ...

We should select some other service provider and lodge a complain in the Consumer Court for a permanent solution

BV-ONMOBL always send messages with out my permission and they disturb me mentally, so please stop the messages.
