She was very kind and sweet but now it seems I see colors.
I had paid her in August 2008 for my second premium and she failed to pay my second premium.
When inquired several times she gave me several stories as she her self did not know what was happening or what the outcome was.

Once she told me the cheque was return I ask her why ? and she never came back for about 15 days
then after giving her several call and emails she answer me saying that my account had no money. So I said if it was so... it would have been bounced and not just returned...my bank would informed me, as I have no such info of such kind from my bank and that I have enough money. Then she ask me to make a payorder. I agreed, but what about my cheques, which are with you? and she comes to me in December and soon that she is on holiday again and there is PAUSE I have all her email how many times she went on a holiday it is mostly for 15, days /month etc.every Forth night.

She even went to the extreme of inquiring with my Bank Manager about my Bank Account No and my balance. I written to her... as to who authorized her to inquire about my bank account and balance... which is a serious offence. She send me a message she is on a holiday for a month. I can provide you with other information if you need at the moment I need where our policies stand. So please respond to me urgently as I have to intimate my bank on receving your information.

I know Severine from long and the way she handles CRM job very effectively, , , , , , she was on a big leave around a month, 15 days consecutive in 2 months i myself have attended her wedding so i know about it.
Iam sure she will help you after all this complaints also if you try to be polite.

I am Vasant Chavan from Hubli, Karnataka. I worked for MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. at Hubli, Karnataka for 3 years 3 months.. I joined on 27th April, 2004 and resigned on 10th July, 2007 and my Emp ID was 741 and after promotion 5489. after resignation I started excersice to get back my Provident Fund amount.

As per procedure, after waiting period I submitted my PF withdrawal form to MetLife Head Office Banagalore duly filled and signed. after many follow ups, got reply after a year that forms not received. then again i sent second time in the month of Aug, 08. Again i got reply from HR in the month of Aug, 09 stating they have not received the forms. Now third time i have sent . HR from Bangalore says its still in process.
Will MNC company like Metlife require so much time to settle PF? is this a employee satisfaction??? when employees are treated like this after leaving the job, then how about the customer claims & Maturity amount after taking the policy????????? this is really a worrying because myself has taken a policy with the company.

I enquired about my claim through mail to HR Bangalore to know my claim status but after many mails I didnt get any reply.

Kindly do needful at your end as soon as possible.
