Due to some problems I was not able to pay the premiums for the last 2 terms, Now I am in a very difficult situation and in hard condition for finding funds for our daily expenses.... Beside that, my mother is undergoing one major surgery this month end... I kindly request you to make an arrangement for withdrawing the amounts in the above said schemes of Metlife and do save me and my family.... You all know that, if we dint get money for our needs, then there is no value for that if we get after our use..... Please consider this as a problem of your own and do reply by mail. Metlife india insurance company — ECS Negligency to collect from co
Dear sir,Ref: Policy No:[protected], My complaint:Ticket No:460640 Dtd:7-709
I opted ECS premium payment option to get rid of tension.
starting few months they collected premium from bank. From feb.09 they never collected even though sufficient bank balance.
By phone customer care suggesting me to pay cash.
Im a gezetted govt officer don't have time to go and pay. Why should i pay?! Its total complete negligency of duty from the company!
If any benifits cutted from me, i will suite them
They have to collect dues from bank only, I will not pay any cash towards this due of premium.
