Sub: Complaint about reckless driving by City bus drivers of Andhra Pradesh and Government of Andhra Pradesh - Courtesy to Cabinet Ministers and Andhra Consumer Council

I am frequent traveler of Metro city bus service Since; I am working for a company and looking after sales and marketing. Obviously, I often take the service of city bus. More over, I have procured metro bus pass by paying Rs.625/- for a month time.

I am basically from Chennai, I am here to settle down as I am working for a reputed organization. In fact, I am so much comfortable staying in Hyderabad except a biggest and rude driving of bus drivers who recklessly driving as a lorry and any parcel service. Passengers are the only victim in hyderabad bus. And the sad news is that there is no one caring of this brutal behavior and there is a warm support from government of Andhrapradesh.

To your kind information, the way they drive the bus makes me to never and ever traveling in bus even when there is a facility and frequency. Now all the bus drivers in Hyderabad are behaving like a don of the city and they not even ready to hear this news.

I have been moving to all parts of India and staying minimum of two years in each places as a official transfers, but I have never experienced such illiterate attitude by a government driver who is in the position to serve the passenger in a comfortable way.

I really have no confidence of getting solution in this issue but I bring this notice to cabinet level as a citizen of India, but for sure I die for judgment. The India is democratic country and everyone here is free to live and do as they wish, but seeing all this nasty drivers I feel I am still slave and that too with hyderabad bus drivers.

With in another two to three days I am planning to meet governor by getting special permission through proper channel for an appoinment and will bring this issue with honest able governor of Hyderabad. But still I will continue as I feel that there is a secured life here.

All the drivers of city bus service ( both ordinary, metro and other services ) should be warned of their careless driving and comfortability towards concerns of passengers especially when there is a need of applying brake, but they are applying like a bullock cart or anyother 5 sense.
If I dont get proper support and service for this concern then even this website will be tracked and produced in front of court and there will be a strong action against delay of service to consumers and people of India.
There should be a punishment to all drivers who are not following rules and regulation of the Government. Hence this must be eradicated from our secular and united nation.
