I have done Pest Control for crockroach in my flat No B1 204, kumbare garden kothrude, Pune 411 038 on 19the Mar,2012 paid Rs 550/- cash immediately.
The treatment which was given was not upto thee standard and I could not sleep peacefully till date and even when we made thee complaints theere is no proper reply. ( They are asking us to wait for furtheer period of 15 days from thee date of Pest control ), which is not as per thee terms and conditions mentioned in challans.
Again i pursude called so many time they have given retreatment but no use of that now for retreatment they are asking mony
Please take some action, as I theink thee company is not having proper experience, and reception staff is fully arrogant.
Metro pest control is very bad service provider so take action as soon as possiable Was this information helpful? |
