[Resolved]  Metro transport corporation ,chennai — to keep the MTC buses neat and clean

In velammal school no proper instruction given to the teachers, lot of confusion, all confusion is because of the management, ACO of the schools gives stupid ideas to the teacher, there are only new experience teachers, IT Professionals are appointed as teachers there. No proper toilet facilities for the students... but they take lot of money from the parents

Respected Sir,
I am a CSR person. I am having responsible and take care of avoid accident. There is a Bus Stop near Velammal School At Mugapair next to Golden flat stop. All the route nos written in the shelter, some avadi busses are not follow. Simply the driver and cuductor telling they have no insturction from their depo. (Avadi) It's fact each every stop the depo give instruction for each bus. I am given details: The Ticket No. is GW 25 M70 A 8346432, 3 FROM AMB TO VELAMMAL. They drop more 20 passgr. at golden flat. at 7.20am. If the student get down at golden flat they will cross the road in morning between this two stop. It's major cause for accident. I told the driver your route no is written in the board why you won't stop. He said the municipality may write any thing we need not to obey for that. In VELLAMMAL STOP Min.10, 000 PASSENGERS USING IN THE morning and evening.
Kindly arrange to give strict instructionto stop all busses crossing that stop in both side.

Initialy please depute one checking inspector for velammal stop to watch such inconvinience till regularise this issue.

(1) I live in Chepauk and my office is located at the Collector Office near Custom House, Rajaji Salai. Previously I used to take 6A or 1E route from Kalaivanar Arangam Bus stop. Now many buses viz.1E, 4H 38F have been withdrawn from service and also the frequency of 6A bus has also been drasticly reduced. So I stopeed taking 6A bus and nowadays taking 2 or 3 bus to reach my office at Collecor Office at Rajaji Salai.

I request you to reinstigate the Service Nos.1E 4H and also increase the freqeuncy of 6A and also that 1E and 6A to stop at Custom House Bus Stop.

(2) The trees at Walaja Roads have been uprooted by the Corporation in the name of widening the road for New Secretariat. Only the trees served as Bus shelters at the Kalaivanar Arangam at Walaja Road. The Commuters are standing in the scorching sun and rain. NO BUS SHELTER AND NO TREES.
I reqeust the corporation to put up atleast a temporary bus shelters and save the commuters from the heat and rain. I understand that construction work for the secretariat in going on slowly. We the communters cannot wait till the completion of the work. SO PLEASE PROVIDE BUS SHELTERS AT KALAIVANAR ARANGAM BUS STOP.

I am an Indian citizen Staying in Kattupakkam near Ayyappanthankal. Every day I am using to go to the office from ayyappan thankal bus depot. The depot is very unclean and there is no road or any shape inside the depot. It should have road without tar at least. It was very uncomfortable for the passengers. But nowadays, Due to raining, it is in the worst condition. Anyone cannot use the place. It is not good to see as well. So please consider this request and make arrangements to maintain the bus depot.

MTC Bus — NO CLEAN

today i was travel in BUS Route No:549,Bus Number Tn-01 N-9416.In This bus no facility required to DELUX Bus. No clean,No maintanence...this shows how the MTC working n serving to people...so pls take action n give facilities n clean to public

It is like a big Question mark. When the chennai will be clean... Government must take the steps to keep the city clean. It is not enough if they clean only kooum. They must clean the city first with proper roads.

i am staying tvt itc bus stand every day i am and my daughter using to go to school from itc bus stand to rajakadai bus stand. now a days all bus or green board or blue board few are white bus. in itc bus stand
white board bus only stand in morning school time that white bus also not stopped i now its very crowed but few bus inside rush is low that bus also not stopped in itc more tyhan 2000 thousand family are living than hw the childern go to school and how the employes go to office
some days before bus stand roof are there now that also removed so how could driver understand this is the bus stand. i reached the bus stand at 7.45 a.m but no buses are stopped in bus stand we catch the share auto at 8.45 and move to school its the way the chennai city go . Even chennai also this way and what abouit the village side school chilren are upset School children pass is not in used because every day we go by auto its useless

I am posting this on behalf of neatness of the metro buses, even it was mentioned deluxe buses all the garbages are accumulated inside the bus. Even around the drivers large quantity of sands are there. Why they are not taking responsibilities to clean atleast around them. Incredible India when? Nobody want to realize. Please consider and take action

Here by i would like to bring to your notice that pallavaram to thirumudivakkam one of the busyest route in peak hours, as we knew thirumudivakkam is a industrial area from 8am to 9am become worst travel we are facing.Every company of thirumuduvakkam facing thier employee coming late from 30 mnts to 50 mnts.because of this reason manpower turnover also high.

please arrange one are two buses extra if you are not belive pls lets your team visit the route and do the needfull.
i am proud to say chennai transport is one of the best in india, hope it will continue its best service.

Yes, on one hand while we can boost of our MTC Fleet connecting the city from every nook & corner, it is also disappointing to note that these vehicles are not maintained, if this can be looked into, there would not be a better transportation service in any other metro like we have in Chennai.

Dear Sir

On monday 11/10/2010 at 9 PM we were waiting for the bus at T.Nagar Bus stand to go to Kizhkattalai. I saw V 91 bus coming to bus stand and waiting to stop so that i could board the bus with my wife and 5 year old kid. But the bus didn't stop and passengers started boarding the bus while moving. I didn't have any other way other than boarding since I was told my family that the last bus is at 9.o Clock. While boarding my daughter fell down and my wife slipped from bus and finally some how we could manage to board the bus. Even all this happened bus didn't stop and the conductor is also watching this. I asked the conductor but he didn't bother to listen. next day I went to T.NAGAR busstand and complaint to the time keeper in the bus stand. I narrated the incident to the time keeper and told him the driver Mr Vijayan( Conductor told me the driver name) didn't stop the bus in the bus stand. I requested him to take necessary action. Instead of replying positively, all the employess in the office started firing on me and told me do whatever u want. We cant do any thing. One Mr shanmugam in the office talked me very rudely . I didnt expect this from the responsible people.

i am a regular traveller in M7 M70 buses from dandeeswaram to tiruvanmiyur and back.the delux bus fare is rs 7 but some conductors chaarge 8 rupees and when asked why the difference they simply answer it is only rs.8.the stages and the fare cards should be available with the conductors for charging the correct fares

I live in Royapettah and my office is located at Saligramam. Previously I used to take 25G from V.House Bus Depot. Now a days 25G have been frequently reduced. So I stoped taking 25G bus and taking 2 or 3 bus to reach my office at saligramam..

I request you to reinstigate the Service Nos.25G and also increase the freqeuncy of bus no 25G... Hope your immediate action will be very helpfull for travelling people in 25G bus...

College students and office goers needs more number of buses to sriperumbathur via poonamalee.As there are so many colleges and industries in this route, the commuters suffering a lot especially in morning(7.30-10).U can see a very big crowd rushing in poonamalee everyday morning. Please make a note of it and run as many buses in this route at least in that particular time period.

Sir, I am linving in ULLAGARAM (MADIPPAKAM). 1. There is no even single bus facility to go to Vadapalani, CMBT, Avadi Route from Madippakam. 2. B51 - Only one bus uses from tambaram to T nagar which goes to via Madippakkam to ASARGANA bus stop ie GST Road.to T nagar. Please indtroduce some other bus also (OR) some buses of M-14 may be extended upto GST Road. ie upto KATHIPPARA bridge. This help ladies and old aged pepole very much. otherwise people used to walk from Admbakkam bus stop to Asargana GST road bus stop. 3. There is only on bus fly between Nanganallur to Poonamaliee ie 154 route. Please introduce some other route bus from Keelkatallai to Poonamallee route also. My e mail is [protected]@yahoo.com

I am an Indian citizen I am living in thiruvottriyur and i am working in mount road usually in the morning i will be travelling in the 1b ac bus but due to unfortunate reason today morning (20.01.2011) i missed the volvo bus at 8.25 a.m. so i catched 8.30 1b deluxe in theradi it is full of rush so i am standing in the corner in that bus conductor is standing in between the ladies seat and issuing the ticket he has told his friend to sit in his ceat after the bus crossed kasimedu he has returning back to his seat by pushing all the ladies he is scolding me and harshening me and repeating bad words against me after all the passengers has asked why you are using bad words to ladies. please sir ask the conductor and take necessary steps. we are beleiving the mtc people as our brothers and siters but since he is a conductor he is behaving like a harsement man so please take the necessary step. as i was a woman i am requesting you to take necessary step. please reply me to [protected]@hotmail.com

I was travelling from Kunrathure murugan koil bus stop to SIET .From their I can get 60A, 88K. This bus’s are not coming in time correct timing . We have informed many times to the time keeper in kunrathure bus stop .I also asked him the timing chart of these bus's.Bus no 88M from kunrathure to vadapalne B.S . Some bus’s will come up to murugan koil bus stop . In this case bus’s are not using the proper board.

Today morning at 7 AM three M 70 buses did not stop in Kasi Theatre bus stop . This puts commuters who wish to reach their work places on time to considerable inconvenience.

We do not expect Japan like efficiency in keeping time especially in India but three scarcely occupied buses not stopping in a regular bus stop is atrocious and no wonder MTC accounts are in the red.

Hope you take cognizance of this complaint and ensure proper bus stoppage at Kasi Theatre bus stop, else I have to move higher up in my complaint.

Ya sir i do agree wiht u but now a days the service of buses has been thrastically down. Coz especially in the areas out skirts such as omr an other end ponamalle.
the drivers and cnductors aren't also bein quite mannarable :( . dealing tough with students . using harsh offensive lang. . Important one PERFECT FRAUD WITH TIME . How is it possible only for them to come all at once with fightin on roads especially only after the college timings...
I wonder whe 'd theseeeeeeeee come to an END . . .
