I am also a victim of this cheating . He collected from me from 2005 till 2008 approx 34 lacs and finally when i put my foot down he gave me two cheques for the whole amount and both cheques bounced.
I am fighting a legal case both criminal and civil as well as i am planning to file in the consumer court in Bangalore . My case is going on for the last one year. Is this a blatant criminal case where he has cheated so many by issuing dud cheques and he is still scott free?
Are there any stringent laws in our country to check such criminals from doing business and cheating more people? This is a real blow to realestate fraternity of Bangalore. Is there an association for them who can control such people from doing business ?

He is the biggest fraud...why do you guys give money to a person who is all show? he is a classic con artist. He has cars worth 1.5 crores. For a guy who is a builder, he lives in a rented house. Shouldn't that tell you something. All your money has gone to buy Ducati bikes and BMW cars.

I have invested in Metrocorp Nirvana in 2006. We have put in our hard earned money into the project, we our still paying back our loan. There has been no progress on the project and no action has been taken. If anyone out there can help us, please reach out.
